I weight myself everyday in my PJs when I wake up so my weigh ins are all consistant.
Avatar f tn 7 and weigh 100 i also have a hard time gaining weight because I have a very high metabolism. In the last year I have been able to gain some weight by doing some things. I went from 90lbs to 100lbs by eatings protein and even drinking protein shakes called insure. When you want to gain weight you need to remember to eat healthy still do not gorge your self on junk food. Try to gain some muscle weight, dont over do the protein to much can be bad for your liver ect.
649848 tn?1534633700 I did the weigh in for years, but stopped because of lack of participation; some weeks I didn't have any responses at all. It seems that we have a new group here, that's looking for support and that's what I'm all about. I assume you have your goals set for those weddings? I'll continue to do the weigh ins and maybe give you a little "nudge" now and then; how's that? We're all here together and we're all trying to reach goals.
Avatar f tn I dont think theres a specific weight ur baby should weight. I mean if a baby is born 9lbs hes gonna weight more then a baby born at 6lbs. And some babies eat more others dont. My niece was under the "chart" weight wise but she was sitting and crawling a lot earlier then most. My sister weights 40lbs at 10yrs old. Shes super tiny but shes still healthy.
Avatar n tn Oh and when that happened me and my husband just Google searched how much babies weigh at that time and baby center has a chart of average weights and heights for your baby:):) I hope this helps!
704458 tn?1236841243 Got_To_Do_It, I weight every day, too. I have NOT noticed any pattern, except things just like Ranae said (saltiness in foods, extra weight-training, extra cardio, etc.). BUT, I only write down my weight loss in my own book once/month along with measurements. ONLY BECAUSE of the Sunday weigh-in, do I post weekly. AND, I've been surprised that I've lost ANYTHING for the weekly weigh-ins! I can go a long time without losing, and then WHAM.
740456 tn?1260449809 ll chat with you definetely plus there are always nice people on here and there are sunday weigh-ins and all kinds of good stuff lol......and a healthy way to lose weight would be 1-3 lbs a week....so for 20 pounds about 10 weeks......
586373 tn?1312031791 Hi there - The numbers are sitting in the spaces on the weight chart, and not on the lines, because it's reflecting the ounces you have. For example, if you weigh 118.0 lbs, your mark would be on the bottom of the space. If you weigh 118.6 lbs, it would be higher in the little space. I'll pass on your thoughts about the BMI chart, and it is something we are considering. Thanks for your thoughts, and let us know if you have further concerns.
Avatar f tn Yes I agree with Barb, only weigh yourself once a day. The best time to weigh yourself is in the morning, before you eat anything and after you go to the bathroom. If you weigh yourself after you've been eating and drinking throughout the day, you weight will definitely fluctuate by a few pounds, but all that is is fluid retention and your undigested food! Honestly, I don't recommend weighing yourself more than once a week. Twice max.

Avatar f tn plus the water weight from your cycle. only weigh yourself once a week to avoid frustration from daily weigh ins. keep it up you will see the difference in your energy clothes size and eventually your pounds. good luck.
1666434 tn?1325262350 That sounds great guys. Let's pick a good day to do our weigh-ins. I'd really like to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. Anything extra is a bonus. Plus, I know losing all the weight doesn't guarantee the pre-pregnancy body... I'll have to do some toning exercises, etc to get it back to where it was before. PutterGirl, that's great that you've already lost all the weight and back to your starting weight. That's wonderful, all in one month's time!
649848 tn?1534633700 We've had a lot of new members, since I posted the Summer Weight Loss Challenge, which is wonderful to see. During a challenge, you're basically, trying to lose that weight between weigh ins, but I know people need special help, as well. That help might come in the form of needing to figure out their calorie needs, what's actually healthy for them to eat, motivation, or just someone to say, "sure you can do this"...
Avatar f tn The chart on this website says I am above the normal weight is that a bad thing? I was underweight before getting pregnant.
483733 tn?1326798446 On the Weight Loss and Dieting Forum we do weekly weigh ins to track our progress. The 7 day calculation on the weight tracker is calculating the weight from Monday to Sunday. It would be so much valuable if the tracker did from Sunday to Sunday. I have to manually figure out each week to post.

522699 tn?1250590716 I have my own database where I chart my steps and daily weight.... I have weekly targets...70,000+ for my steps and 12,600 or under for calories....
Avatar f tn im 25 weeks and today the midwife said my baby is under weight on the chart, he's in the part that 10% of babies weigh and I have to go back in the next week and if he hasn't grown I need to have a scan. has any one else had this?
Avatar f tn Thanks and this is my first and I'm 33 so I stress but I've been going by an early ultra sound which dated me 18 weeks and 3 days but the fdlp puts me at 19 weeks and 1 day which makes the weight look better, my pregnancy has been too perfect so I get very nervous about it.
Avatar f tn All babies are different depending on your weight and height also, they are only average. My little girl is 4 lbs 12 and were nearly 34 weeks.
