Just recently, i discovered that the main reason that it took a long time to fall sleep is because i wanted to
sleep quickly. So, everytime i am trying to
sleep, i always tell myself to fall
sleep naturally and don't try to force myself to sleep. However, the more i tell myself no to force myself to sleep, the more stressful i get. Also because of this sleeping disorder, my grade in college are going way down, i never have enough energy to do anything, and i am always depressed.
