Google these words or phrases to know the details of each exercise. learn and choose a convinient exercises and practice. Better get some tape which comes with some soothing music.

Avatar f tn the previous poster is incorrect. I am rh- as well. And your blood type alone has nothing to do with 'killing the baby'. It is if your blood crosses PATHS with the baby's blood and you have antibodies in your system, your blood see's it (baby's blood) as a threat - and will kill off the healthy cells like an infection - in turn, causing you to miscarry. This only can happen IF you bleed during pregnancy.

The pain didn't subside and now three days later, the pain has extended to the underside of my arm. The joint and base hurt the most though. Could this be a sprain or a fracture? I don't notice a swelling but it hurts a lot. I do the cleaning and taking care of my 1 year old, but not without grunting and whining.

Avatar f tn Why dont u try some breathing excercise called Pranayam taught by A Yogic Saint called Baba Ramdev in India, please check on internet you will find some techniques in some of the website .. he claims that people have shown remarkable results after trying it .. its very simple and will not take more than 45 min a day also it will do good to your overall health ...also he prescribes some ayurvedic medicines also ... i can give you the names if you wish ..

Avatar f tn I've recently started trying to use breathing exercises to decrease stress. However, almost as soon as I start breathing deeper, I get a headache. If I continue the exercises, I end up feeling more anxiety, and a disoriented pressure/whirring sensation in my head. The headache can continue for hours. I'm also a professional oboist (wind player), and don't get headaches from that. I do get exercise-induced headaches.
