Avatar f tn Is that 53 kg? If so, you're about right for your height. Maybe all you need to do is tone your muscles. You might look into trying to fit in some yoga, 3-4 times/week. Yoga is excellent for toning and strengthening muscles. It stretches your muscles and leaves you with a "long and lean" feeling, because you tend to have better posture. There are some excellent yoga videos on YouTube; check them out and see if you might be able to get interested.

Eat more of green leafy vegetables, fruits and protein and less of fats, butter and potato etc. I suggest you to eat frequent small meals and eat lots of fruits and non-starchy green veggies, go slow on fats, eat carbohydrates in moderation and increase your protein intake .Get a diet chart made from a nutritionist.
