Because I was an avid exerciser before pregnancy, he said it was ok to do really light stuff dealing with
abs. I do know you are supposed to avoid twisting your ab area so I am guessing that doing a bridge would not be the best. I am sure you are fine, just be cautious. I have had a hard time with my dwindling work outs, now that I am 28 weeks, I am pretty much all about yoga, light jogging, and arm work outs.
