Avatar f tn I do some yoga. I tend not to do an entire program but I do use some poses and occasionally pop on my prenatal yoga CD for a bit. I enjoy cat/cow and tree pose and downward facing dog and child's pose a lot. Hip rolls and torso twists. Also do some modified planks now. I really fell off of my exercise regimen after getting pregnant but I do try to at least stretch every day, do a touch of yoga, and do some leg and arm lifts and curls with light weights.
352798 tn?1399298154 I cannot believe the wide variations in weather we are having across the states. I am practically freezing up in the NW. 2nd coldest/wettest spring to date! Others have had tornado's and flooding. Some are frying eggs on the sidewalks :) This is just plain weird. We just had a foot of snow on our passes! This is June, isn't it?
Avatar n tn An ECG (EKG) is not a very good source to make a diagnosis without further evidence from another source to confirm. Usually, the ST interval on the ECG may be elevated, and the underlying cause can an electrolyte imbalance, medication, artifact, etc. If you have symptoms such as dry cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, chest pain, etc., that would lend some credence to a congested heart failure diagnosis.
Avatar n tn at first he got heart burn .he went to the doctor after 1 week .ecg was taken and it showed variations .doctor asked to take an angiogram .is there anything to fear ,since father says he doesnt feel any fatigue or breathlesness .but sometimes after 1 month he says he is feeling little brethless sometime .please clarify me about the nature of disease.

Avatar f tn Black cohosh is good for menstrual cramping. Chamomile tea is good as well as peppermint for PMS symptoms. Chaste Tree Berry is one of the best things for PMS. All can be found readily these days. Evening primrose oil as well is supposed to be excellent. Yoga is good for pms and I always just try to keep up regular exercise as it helps with mood. And good old vitamin b6 in tablet form. Those are some natural ideas for helping with pms.

Yoga is a wonderful low impact exercise and hope you will share your experiences! It builds our core muscles. Have to share with you that I popped out of bed at 5 am positive that I would just get up and "do" the yoga exercises on TV. My, oh my .. that yoga is really amazing! Just standing there in those positions uses your muscles and you can really feel it!

Avatar n tn I do basic yoga asana (asana means that it is less cardio more posture and stretching) since the beginning of my pregnancy. I will be 35 weeks on Tuesday and it relieve my minor pains (hips, pelvic, lower back, buttocks and thighs). It also help to have a good posture and strengthen your core muscles for birth and baby position. It is great to take that time for you to relax. Sincerely, yoga is a revelation for me.

490128 tn?1218670389 Is there a normal range for the variations in resting heart rate during the day? in other words, if I take it at 7am, and then at 12pm, and then at 3pm, etc. should all these resting heart rates be in a specific range? I read that it should be within 10 bpm of each other to be considered normal, if taken after sitting for an hour. Any comments welcome, and thank for your time.
649848 tn?1534633700 One family was in their living room, and for some reason all went to another room, and just then a tree crashed into the living room. Another house, the wife was OK but the husband was pinned in the bathroom by a tree that took out what looked on the news like 25' x 25' of their house. The neighbor across the road from us (and uphill) has probably 100 trees on his lot, all tall, and I keep waiting for one of them to crash across the road, taking out our cars and/or kitchen.
Avatar m tn s helping, is to go see someone who teaches therapeutic yoga. Much of our athletic training and physical therapy originates from yoga anyway, and if you can afford personal attention (insurance won't cover this) you can try it that way. But any way you try it, it will start out slow and move up slowly in intensity to make sure you don't end up just hurting yourself again. Have patience any way you approach it.

Given my large range of inflammatory/autoimmune/immune issues, he suggested I cut out ALL dairy and ALL gluten product and just generally all flour, whether it's gluten or not.
