Avatar f tn Has anyone tried yoga during pregnancy? I've had hardly any energy the last few weeks and I can't find the strength to even leave the house, I'm considering giving yoga a go? They have apps for pregnancy yoga, and I can do it in my own home. Is it safe?
Avatar f tn You could try, also, adding in 30 minutes of yoga 3 day/week. You also need some strength training, which can be done with light hand weights and moves, such as squats and lunges. You could alternate yoga and the strength training and take a walk daily. There are many other forms of exercise that are also very good, such as swimming, biking, dancing, etc. You have to do what you enjoy and will be able to stick with and can include in your schedule.

As instructed I was on fast from last night. They collected my blood and urine sample at 9 A.M. Then I was offered breakfast at 9.15 am.

Avatar n tn I do basic yoga asana (asana means that it is less cardio more posture and stretching) since the beginning of my pregnancy. I will be 35 weeks on Tuesday and it relieve my minor pains (hips, pelvic, lower back, buttocks and thighs). It also help to have a good posture and strengthen your core muscles for birth and baby position. It is great to take that time for you to relax. Sincerely, yoga is a revelation for me.

Avatar f tn I heard it's extremely unhealthy to drink it. Try other methods to induce labor like walking,sex, try eating something very spicy (it helped me) or bouncing on a yoga ball (not too hard) &/or eating pineapple(also helped me with my 2nd).

I will take 7 norcos a day for either 1 or 2 weeks - she left it up to me - I am going to try to make it just one week. Then 6 for 2 weeks, etc. I did not get a refill on my morphines - I would used them to "tide me over" when I ran out of my norco early. I did get a new script for Lunesta - never had it before, I've always used Ambien.
