Avatar f tn There are lots if YouTube videos to help you know what poses are safe. If you didnt exercise before yoga is still safe as long as you are careful with the poses. Avatar n tn m going to try some yoga poses standing on my head, which engage and strengthen the neck muscles near the ear. (I know it sounds strange, but many people are realizing the health benefits of yoga poses, especially those where the heart is positioned higher than the head.) One site I read said that surgery to cut a certain tendon near the ear was the way to relieve the fluttering, but this sounds pretty extreme. I'm going to try the natural route. Good luck to you!
Avatar n tn I have had the annoying ear fluttering for many years, and my regular doctors have been clueless. Finally I may go to an ENT, but I did some research on line and found this: http://www.emedicine.com/ent/TOPIC235.HTM My fluttering seems to be a type of muscular tinnitus, perhaps caused by deterioration of some nerves in the area after some type of injury and/or muscle spasm. What to do?

Avatar f tn I shared with this a co-worker who experienced the same problem and figured she was getting gas lodged in the wrong parts of her body so she did gas relieving yoga poses when she was in pain. Her body was more likely to get gas from carrots, hummus, and edamame so you'll need to determine what foods your body can process. Now, I make sure I do yoga poses that relieves gas before bed and eat at least 2 hours before bed.

649848 tn?1534633700 no wonder I got tired); yoga teaches you to breathe as you are doing the poses. There are specific breathing exercises to do, which once learned can be done anywhere and are very relaxing. Yoga also focuses on balance.
