Avatar m tn For the last couple of years I have been sleep walking. I have done it time from time as a kid, but lately it's starting to scare me a little. I am sleeping on a loft bed right now, and the other night i literally jumped from it in my sleep and landed on my feet and woke up. It was the most insane thing I've done in my sleep. Last night I walked down my ladder and started talking to my roommate. The weird thing is though I remember when i sleep walk.
Avatar f tn I have been sleeping with a light on for many years, and had gotten a loft bed last year and was still sleeping with the main room light on, which is 4 light bulbs on my ceiling fan, in February, I had started seeing like an after image of my veins, it was the same image, and had been improving. but would appear if i strained my neck. but i am reading that neck strains cannot really affect optic nerves.
Avatar m tn Im actually Caucasian, early 30s, I have a referral to a Glacoma Specialist In Halifax NS, Which im still waiting on the call. Until then, Im on 2 sets of eye drops 2 applications AM, One in PM, The scaring is the thing that has me worried, As my local Opthalmologist stated that he can't answer the scaring on the optic nerves and hes unsure if the Specialist in Halifax can even answer it. However one problem (NOT dry eyes) as I hydrate them frequently.

Avatar n tn I do basic yoga asana (asana means that it is less cardio more posture and stretching) since the beginning of my pregnancy. I will be 35 weeks on Tuesday and it relieve my minor pains (hips, pelvic, lower back, buttocks and thighs). It also help to have a good posture and strengthen your core muscles for birth and baby position. It is great to take that time for you to relax. Sincerely, yoga is a revelation for me.

1900462 tn?1352775302 When did you guys start your prenatal yoga classes? Is it better to start your yoga as soon as you can so you can strengthen your pelvic muscles for labor later on or what? I was thinking it would be better to do it earlier and continue throughout the pregnancy but idk. What do you guys think?
Avatar f tn So I'm 30 weeks pregnant and have to find a new way to exercise. I I've in Wisconsin and the wind shield is already below ten. So it's too cold for me to be going on daily walks. Would yoga be a good alternative? Or what can I do as an alternative so I'm still getting my exercise.
