Avatar f tn I found my prenatal workout dvds for a dollar at the thrift store...winninngg!! Lol i got two but the one im most fond of is Leisa Harts fitmama prenatal workout. The excerises are not hard at all and get my blood pumping. She shows alot of good stretches as well.

I love the focus on baby while remembering the beauty of self. Creating space for him, aligning myself with baby. I loved it. If anyone is looking for a gentle and beautiful workout.. Prenatal and postnatal, YOGA.

Sure I have ultrasound pictures and am working on a baby book but I don't have any kind of pregnancy journal documenting the things I went through while she was in my tummy. It would be easier if you add to the same post each time, rather than starting a whole new one, then we don't have to keep switching back and forth to see what's gone before. But that's ok - you'll get the hang of things. Have you been to see your doctor to make sure that you don't have any medical issues that might sabotage weight loss, such as thyroid, pre-diabetes/insulin resistance, etc?
Avatar f tn Yes please do not go for walks and clean if you are on bed rest. My sister was on bed rest and she was only aloud to walk to the car to go to the store but she had to be in a wheelchair in the store. But she was aloud to sit up in bed and do pregnancy yoga. Which I'm told helps you maintain a healthy weight during pregnancy she only gained 13 lbs her pregnancy and they were never concerned because she was eating healthy and still doing yoga in bed.

On My MedHelp, on the Journals panel, you should see a link that says, Write a new journal entry. If you click that, you should see a form that has text boxes for Title, Journal Entry and Tags. Do you see that?
