I think the atmospheric pressure is giving us a little break here in FL. I glad to hear your are OK today.. don't push it though .. be good :) Sundays I usually send with my Mother. I pick her up at her AFL, get some nice take- out and take it to the gulf .. last week she got to see a dolphin ..
Avatar m tn Hello littleskittl, May I suggest making an appointment with your family doctor. I have nasal congestion sometimes. I used to use " Dristan" from time to time, but I've heard over using Dristan can cause problems too. Now, I use an over the counter product. It's a nasal spray. It has a dolphin on the box . Can't remember the name of it. I'm out of it right now, either wise I would tell you the name. I am actually going to buy some today.

It would be easier if you add to the same post each time, rather than starting a whole new one, then we don't have to keep switching back and forth to see what's gone before. But that's ok - you'll get the hang of things. Have you been to see your doctor to make sure that you don't have any medical issues that might sabotage weight loss, such as thyroid, pre-diabetes/insulin resistance, etc?

On My MedHelp, on the Journals panel, you should see a link that says, Write a new journal entry. If you click that, you should see a form that has text boxes for Title, Journal Entry and Tags. Do you see that?

Avatar n tn I do basic yoga asana (asana means that it is less cardio more posture and stretching) since the beginning of my pregnancy. I will be 35 weeks on Tuesday and it relieve my minor pains (hips, pelvic, lower back, buttocks and thighs). It also help to have a good posture and strengthen your core muscles for birth and baby position. It is great to take that time for you to relax. Sincerely, yoga is a revelation for me.
