I have no idea why this is happening, and it's ruining my life. Before I was so energetic and I didin't even want to sit down, and now all i think about is sleeping and just feeling better. My mom has no idea why i'm feeling like this and neither do I. Please help me!
1900942 tn?1462421460 anywho I was wondering if you ladies thought maybe me using a yoga ball would help my pelvis spread so that way I have a better chance of having my daughter vaginally rather than have to be forced to have a c-section
Avatar n tn It's a great addition. Yoga tends to be more mussel building and toning your body, when working out to loose weight you need a good combination of cardio and body toning. I love doing Yoga and it's very helpful to me, but if I didn't walk/run on a treadmill I wouldn't have lost any weight.
1298588 tn?1330318981 t want to be on medication for the rest of my life. I guess I just want to know whether to worry about the high volume of PACs. Is anxiety killing me??

Avatar f tn You had every good intention in the world and there is no way of knowing if the hot yoga or anything else you did actually *caused* a m/c. The odds are that it was something wrong with the fetus that you had *no* control over. I hope you will be feeling better soon both physically and emotionally. It just takes time before the grief can shift into acceptance.
794091 tn?1264986339 more often than not I have to force myself to yoga, because my muscles craves it. I do find stretching help easing the pain a bit. Most of all, I will have to do whatever slows down/stops muscle atrophy. Have you tried it?
Avatar n tn Hi! I'm at 33 weeks and baby is still the wrong way round in breech position. Looking for advice on how to get baby to turn before the midwife has to get involved at 36 weeks. Any good experiences?
980510 tn?1282010946 My opinion is that yoga would be a great thing to do...of course keeping in mind the restrictions that will trigger a headache. My PT has given me some really good core strengthing exercises lately which I have found to be really helpful not to mention my stomach seems to be a little less flabby! So I say..go for it...and if a position or something isn't comfortable, just don't do that one. I think yoga might be something I take up in the future too once I cleared for it..

Avatar f tn Hello I am in the final weeks of recovery. I started out with PSYCHOTIC depression 7 years ago, i tried twice to get off the meds. I tried all the expensive alternatives. oils , seaweed, vitamins and the lot --all the herbs LOL ! Psychiatric medication was the only thing that worked for me, Seroquel or Zyprexa, with anti depressant, effexor or cymbalta.

649848 tn?1534633700 I know there are several different kinds of yoga, ranging from what I do, which is slow and deliberate to another type that is very physical. Each kind of yoga has its own name and no, I don't know them all. I have read that some people try them all and never do find one they like and some people, like me, find one they like and stick with it. Some people prefer to get into a class because they like the "group" aspect. Personally, I prefer to do it in the privacy of my home.
Avatar f tn Talk to your doctor about your activity level. If you've just been keeping up your usual activities and not increasing the strain or difficulty there shouldn't be a problem with you continuing to run for now. Don't worry about that belly, it'll start to really look pregnant soon enough and I can promise that nobody who matters is judging how you look except you.
Avatar n tn s called a beer belly, because beer is a lot of simple carbs. As for exercise, there are a million good ab exercises you can learn at your local gym. Cardio also helps with this. Don't expect a six-pack, most will never get there, but you can tone it but it will take work. Only you can determine if that work is worth it or not.
1477811 tn?1321386453 m on the upswing. So for those of you on tx, just know there is hopefully a light at the end of the tunnel and my hope is that we will all get back to normal....or better. Also, got my PCR results, and I'm still UND. :). Have to wait 6 months for the next PCR, but I'm confident it will be ok. Best of luck to you all and take extra good care of yourselves!!
