Avatar n tn The doctor and my parents say that it is just that I am under stress from being unemployed and struggling with social situations at work. This makes sense since Zyprexa and or Melatonin seems to take care of it. Once my life is not so stressed out this feeling should go away.

Avatar f tn I do yoga & LOVE it! My instructor is amazing with pregnant women & I highly recommend trying yoga to release stress or to stay stress free. Also, I love my baths! Every night I listen to Pandora on the station 'Ambient Radio' & it plays the most relaxing music like rainforest & rain :) I use lush bombs too! Pamper yourself to a bath like that every night before bed! Good luck!
738075 tn?1330575844 I had a good day, today. I rode my bike about 1/2 as far as usual, and I don't feel absolutely whacked! I'm doing a "between bands set" Saturday night - about 20 minutes. I've decided Small is Good. I can't do whole 2 hour shows any more, so I'm going to concentrate on open mics (10 - 15 minute sets), and opening for larger acts. I can still sell my CDs at these short sets, and I can still present what I compose ('cause I'll never stop that).
Avatar f tn But I rely on my yoga for stress. Also meditation helps. Yoga is the best though. There are so many different levels and DVDs out there and it helps a lot with labor and delivery as well. I had issues sleeping but I found out that it was my diet and what I was eating. I am now a vegetarian (almost vegan) and it has helped me with my stress, anxiety, sleeping, and concentration. Also juicing helps regulate my blood sugar as well.
Avatar n tn m under stress I take a shower which will relax me, I will listen to so music for relaxation and it helps. Sometimes I will just walk around the block by myself and let everything go off my mind.
Avatar f tn re in therapy or under treatment for this and diagnosed by a professional and not yourself that this might be unusual but is still an intrusive thought just as obsessing over anxious thoughts is and so would seem to be amenable to at least some mitigation if you have learned relaxation techniques for your anxiety. How long has this been going on for? Is it music you recognize or have listened to recently? Are you more stressed right now than usual?
Avatar f tn Try some calming music nd do some yoga it will help release stress hormones nd help with anxiety
Avatar f tn A warm (not too hot) bath, yoga, Govinda (music, that's the band name).
Avatar n tn Shinystare230 had a good tip. Good deep breathing is a great relaxation technique. If you've ever taken yoga, do your yoga breathing. And yoga is GREAT for relaxation! If you haven't taken yoga, I always call it "Darth Vader" breathing - in, slow & deep, into your belly through your nose....out, slow and steady, through your mouth.
Avatar f tn i do yoga or some light stretching to relax good for birth as well.. I dont know very much yoga so i just look up pregnant yoga or stretches on youtube lol!
Avatar n tn Are there any natural ways to relieve stress? And I'm not talking about yoga or breathing. But any tea or something I can take that will be safe and effective?
Avatar f tn Try meditation, yoga, music, self-hypnosis, practise slow deep breathing and relaxation.
Avatar f tn t too hard to get comfy, but with this pregnancy NOTHING is working. My poor hubby is being bounced around like a hot potato all night long because I am tossing and turning nonstop. As I'm sure most of you know, a pregnant woman turning over in bed is nothing close to graceful nor easy. Any advice for a sleep deprived pregnant mommy?
4583567 tn?1360256847 You're never too old if you're young at heart. I have asthma too but I doubt it is as severe as yours. I would start with yoga (light yoga). That would keep you in the safety of your house where it is warm and out of the elements. I can get out and walk in this but if I tried to run in the cold my asthma would kick in and I wouldn't likely make it home : ( Anyway I can't remember if I told this to you or someone else but I have a basic yoga routine saved under my photos.
Avatar f tn So I heard about the inducing yoga dance which pretty much looked like women just dancing around there house so I put on some music and danced for 30 mins woth my 2 year old. It suprisingly felt good to do . Now just gotta wait to seeif it did anything .

Avatar f tn Yoga, bath time, sitting alone reading to the baby, put head phones on baby, turn some soothing music on and you read a book to yourself. That's how I cope. Or go baby shoping, to the zoo, dinner date with the daddy or friends.
Avatar f tn like how can I be sure that this is not one or is or whatever...? Does anyone know or is my best bet, to just go to the hospital?
Avatar f tn Im 27w and I get that way off and on, and sometimes its for a few days other times its just part of a day. What I find that helps is exerzise, usually walking and yoga then when I get grumpy I try to just do my yoga breathing and walk away before we get in a fight.
