Avatar f tn So since Monday I had this pain like when my baby would move and yesturday it got worse I couldn't sleep and now it hurts it's my belly that hurts and my legs feel weak and back too and I have ugly cramps in legs and tight idk if it's normal but I just have so much pain I try drinking water and resting but I don't seem to feel any better and my baby is moving I'm 33 weeks is this pain normal??
4845170 tn?1369102292 I just started my third tri but since I found out I was pregnant I have done stretches as squats nearly every day, as the weather got warmer into my second I began to walk at least 3 times a week n started doing prenatal yoga for beginners but it makes me feel the best...I strongly suggest the yoga its great for repaxing n stretching and for a small amount of strengthening (if that's a word haha) I'm hoping all these things help when labor comes.

Avatar n tn Since about 4pm today I have been getting menstral like cramps and lower back pain. The pain travels down to my thighs. Im 28-6 weeks pregnant. It's a constant pain but at point it does get worser. I been drinking more water to see if it goes away, I have been putting my feet up n laying on my left side but the pain dosent seem to go away. I dont know if it ligament pains or what but it really hurts, I would say the pain is about a 6 or 7 out of 10.
Avatar f tn Yes, it's bad. I know. But before I knew I was pregnant I drank. I was maybe about 14 wks before I knew I was because all the four pregnency tests that I took came out negative. It wasn't until I went to the doctors and got a test, was I positive I was pregnant. I told my doctor and let her know and she says everything seems to be fine, the heart rate is normal, I'm 24 wks and she says everything is still normal.
Avatar f tn I've always worked out, but now that I'm pregnant (after 2 miscarriages) I'm trying to take things a little easier. I do want to stay active though. I've never done yoga, and I would like to try it....has anyone had experience starting yoga while pregnant? Good or bad idea?
Avatar f tn Inversions are things like handstands where your turned upside down. Other than that...just take it easy. Yoga is great for everyone.
Avatar n tn It is great to take that time for you to relax. Sincerely, yoga is a revelation for me. If anything is unconfortable or hurt stop and adapt the posture or don't do it anymore. I really like Adrienne yoga video on youtube.
Avatar n tn I dont get the pain during drinking - it is always the day after (like a dull ache). Could it be ischameia, hodgkins, heart related or just tight muscles or dehydration (kidney stone?). Bit worried and could do with some advice so I can rule out certain things. Could it just be panic as a result of thinking i am ill - just simple muscle issue? Avatar n tn It's a great addition. Yoga tends to be more mussel building and toning your body, when working out to loose weight you need a good combination of cardio and body toning. I love doing Yoga and it's very helpful to me, but if I didn't walk/run on a treadmill I wouldn't have lost any weight.

Avatar n tn Symptoms now include increased, painful bloating, no burps, no flatulence and no bowel movement after about 5 days drinking only water. Usually fruit or juice will help but nothing is helping or happening. Suggestions welcome and encouraged.

You know you can drink unsweetened tea, or water with crystal light in; some fruits have a lot of water (apples, pears, etc) and that also counts as "getting enough fluid".
Avatar n tn Shinystare230 had a good tip. Good deep breathing is a great relaxation technique. If you've ever taken yoga, do your yoga breathing. And yoga is GREAT for relaxation! If you haven't taken yoga, I always call it "Darth Vader" breathing - in, slow & deep, into your belly through your nose....out, slow and steady, through your mouth.

Avatar f tn Im currently 36 weeks and feel amazing, can move around, dance - you name it, even though I have a big pregnancy belly ;) It ceeps me going. A plus is that my instructor is a doula and gives a lot of advice throughout the pregnancy and about birth and postpartum.
