I have to work, no way around it, so with the items on that list I was able to continue on with 'life'. like I've read and am living, wd is an event, recovery is a process, so make sure you have some aftercare, cut your sources, take one minute at a time and focus on 'now'.

Avatar n tn It is great to take that time for you to relax. Sincerely, yoga is a revelation for me. If anything is unconfortable or hurt stop and adapt the posture or don't do it anymore. I really like Adrienne yoga video on youtube.

Avatar n tn It's a great addition. Yoga tends to be more mussel building and toning your body, when working out to loose weight you need a good combination of cardio and body toning. I love doing Yoga and it's very helpful to me, but if I didn't walk/run on a treadmill I wouldn't have lost any weight.

Avatar f tn Im currently 36 weeks and feel amazing, can move around, dance - you name it, even though I have a big pregnancy belly ;) It ceeps me going. A plus is that my instructor is a doula and gives a lot of advice throughout the pregnancy and about birth and postpartum.

Avatar f tn I started yoga in my second trimester and this is my first pregnancy ever. Im at 20 weeks. Im loving it! I want to continue it even after i have the baby and see if theres any baby yoga for babies. Its helping to keep moving at an easy pace and its relaxing and helps me with my breathing. I just look them up on youtube Good luck.
Avatar f tn Are you taking all the vitamins? EmergenC from walmart 3-4 times a day is great too...exercise if it kills you....just 10 minutes if that is all you can do...it releases endorphins and you will feel so much better....it has saved me....walking, yoga, jog in place for a few if you can...

4437866 tn?1388119624 the important thing is there baby being healthy and happy. Our bodies go thru hell to bring life into them world. I had to tell one to stop stressing over it and enjoy the time you have making the baby. Eat right and safly excersize. Now she's 22 weeks and gained 15 lbs. That I think is very good. I wish I was able to gain a little more with this one. But I'm still getting sick off and on. But babies are healthy and Dr isn't worried so I'm not going to either.

I was chewing my gum like there was no end to it. I breathed. The biggest, I paniced. I want a blackberry so I can post or read posts when I need to. It was nuts. I have 19 days today. I am so happy to be away from this incidious habit. I was willing to throw it all away for one quick "fix".

11097971 tn?1415275308 I would take a sip and feel this strange sensation in my back by my kidneys and get pain around my neck.Fibro unfortunately is intolerant to alcohol.Our immune system is just not able to handle it quite often.Try looking for the lowest alcohol content in a wine or if it is liquor you prefer do the same and mix with unsweetened mixers to help tolerate better.I hope this helps.

It sounds like you have your plate full and have been through enough to last a few lifetimes. While I haven't had many of your problems/symptoms, I can relate to doctors not helping you. I can also relate to being labeled a "drug seeker".
Avatar f tn hang on, you will be able to function way better then u did while taking the pills everyday. It is hell to go thru detox, but it is the only way to get to the other side. If not know, then when? You know u can't go on forever taking that amount of pills, and your tolerance will continue to just increase. Days 3 & 4 are known to be the worst of the physical part, you are almost done!
Avatar f tn Me too....biggest problem was/is sleep ....it is still coming very slowly for me and I am 23 days into this ...I almost didn't wanna write that statement because honestly I hated reading about people who were 3 weeks or more sober and hearing they were still having problems sleeping...but seriously it gets better....I m not happy with my sleep today but way happier than each of the past days since this began. So hang in there!!!

Avatar n tn The hospital I am delivering at has a new parent resource center and my yoga class is taught by a labor and delivery nurse who is also a yogi. She is amazing. I think yoga is amazing and anyone could benefit from it. We have girls ranging from 16-39 weeks in class. Good luck!
