498385 tn?1362449404 That is a very good question....What works for me , is i start thinking about the ones less fortunte then me....I have one friend that her 7 yr old has cancer, and probably won't make one more month...I also have a relative that has 2 chldren that are C/P, and she has to carry them both , they cannot walk...She always has a smile on her face.. now i am not saying this works everytime, but it sure helps me.....
Avatar f tn That depends on the type of person you are but some things that might help are exercising (proven to help), eating bananas (they have something in them that makes you feel better, watching anything funny (laughter is the best medicine), hanging out with friends (friends = fun), or just doing things you enjoy. Avatar n tn It's a great addition. Yoga tends to be more mussel building and toning your body, when working out to loose weight you need a good combination of cardio and body toning. I love doing Yoga and it's very helpful to me, but if I didn't walk/run on a treadmill I wouldn't have lost any weight.

I want to continue it even after i have the baby and see if theres any baby yoga for babies. Its helping to keep moving at an easy pace and its relaxing and helps me with my breathing.
