Avatar f tn A great way to loose the extra body fat and to shape and tone your body, is to do Pilates! It defines your body and makes you stronger and more flexible.
Avatar f tn Yoga or Pilates or a walk . Don't over do it and if you get tired you need to stop.. pregnancy isn't the time to try and get in shape. If your body isn't used to exercise and you start now it could stress out your body and you could miscarry so no running or jogging don't bother doing muscle stuff like sit ups or push ups . Just go for yoga ...
518733 tn?1333017015 I did them for a good 6 months before my Wedding and I was in the best shape of my life...every part of my body was toned to perfection and I felt great! They worked and they are FUN! So it makes you want to stick with it. I did those along with my Winsor Pilates tapes because Pilates always relaxed me and made my body more flexible. So combining those tapes I was getting cardio and toning in...felt great, looked great!
Avatar f tn I am a sixteen year old female who is borderline petite, I weigh 118 lbs & I'm 5'5". I also have a fast metabolism. I know that I am young & have time to grow but I want to stay on the right track starting now. I'd like to actually fit my clothes for once & not feel so insecure... How can I gain weight & shape my body healthier? What foods do I eat & what exercises do I do? Thank you.
6710217 tn?1386110892 After my 6 week wait is up of course! Just some really hardcore exercise to put my body back in shape quickly! The quicker it's done the less time I have to worry with it! I'm considering Insanity or p90x but I want to put my body through complete hell so I can be at my best after having 2 kids!
Avatar f tn Awww I'm glad you posted this lol. My man is LOVING all of the inches I'm putting on too lol. I was a runner so I've always had muscular thighs, and let's just say they are expanding even more now and he can't get enough lol. It's such a relief to know that he still thinks I'm beautiful even though I'm getting a little thick. :) he encourages me to eat to feed his son.
Avatar f tn It is normal to feel pressure or cramps in pregnancy as long as you aren't bleeding. The pressure and cramping is due to the uterus getting bigger. Good luck!
6903444 tn?1385943346 It does sound selfish of us but dangggg I want my cute figure back... I think I took it for granted before haha..my hips and boobs were the first thing to get bigger and now my thighs and butt?!? Goley, I can only imagine what's next. My husband tells me I'm beautiful all the time but I just don't feel sexy right now... I almost 31 weeks and I am so anxious not just for my son but also to see what body is gonna do lol I don't wanna lose my cute lil body just yet!
Avatar f tn So I'm 30 weeks pregnant and have to find a new way to exercise. I I've in Wisconsin and the wind shield is already below ten. So it's too cold for me to be going on daily walks. Would yoga be a good alternative? Or what can I do as an alternative so I'm still getting my exercise.
Avatar m tn By 5 AM onward, the pain begins to fade and is gone by the time I get up. There is no relief with changing positions, Tylenol, Advil, but getting up and walking around or sitting straight up helps. Sometimes I try Yoga stretches and that helps but when I lay down it comes back. I've never had trouble sleeping before and can't figure out what might be the cause. I'm 59 and physically very active. What a pain (literally) this has been.

Avatar f tn I thought it was just an optical illusion - maybe the lighting caused my eye to look as if it were changing shape as I pressed on it - but then I let my eyelid down and looked at my eye and the white part stayed where I pressed it. After blinking several times the "mushy" area went back to it's normal shape - but was still mushy.
Avatar f tn Have any of you successfully gotten in shape while pregnant? I want to be healthy for labor and for when my baby gets here. Im 15 weeks and feel like im ready to start exercising again. I want to feel good about myself and looking good isn't going to hurt anything either :) im going to purchase an eliptical to get things going again. Any suggestions or good stories?

Avatar n tn I am currently struggling with the shape of my body, and cannot seem to change it. I am 5 5", and weigh about 130 lbs. So, I am not overweight, and seem to have a healthy BMI, but i'm not satisfied with the shape of my body. I have a 36" bust, as well as 36" hips, but my waist is 29". I notice that alot of people my size that don't weigh less than me, but look soooo much slimmer because they have these small waists, and more prominent hips and butts.
