Avatar m tn just wondering why i dont see anyone talking about ccsvi...i live in barrie,ontario,canada and this treatment has been making news every day...there are quite a few doctors behind it in barrie fighting the government(who put a stop to it pending further evidence)...a few ms patients have been treated in barrie before the stoppage and are doing great...i hope they resume testing soon...

Avatar f tn There are certain things you can't do in a regular yoga class, but it depends on how far along you are. You can do everything through your first Trimester. Starting with your second Trimester you can't be laying on you belly or doing cross body twists. As soon as you get a bump going you should not be laying flat on your back because it will restrict blood flow. Be very careful standing up and if you start to get hot or dizzy take a break. Tell the instructor you are pregnant.

Avatar n tn It is great to take that time for you to relax. Sincerely, yoga is a revelation for me. If anything is unconfortable or hurt stop and adapt the posture or don't do it anymore. I really like Adrienne yoga video on youtube.

No flooding in my basement so far but apparently in TO some areas the flooding gets higher then the tops of cars!

Avatar f tn Hi, Itchy skin may be a sign of multiple disorders. It sounds to me like you need a second opinion. For example, mange, diagnosed with a test called a "skin scrape" can be itchy and lead to self trauma of an ear with secondary infection. The causative chain here has far too many permutations to really go into here. See a second doctor and insist on diagnostic tests rather than just treatment trials.
Avatar f tn yoga!!! if u can't afford or dont wanna do actual classes you can look up pre-natel yoga videos on youtube. thats what I did.bits very relaxing and a great way to stay in shape and active. and definitely walk allot. I walked a mule a day at the beginning of my pregnancy. bow I'm way too pregnant for that lol but the yoga definitely definitely was wonderful for me it even helped me with my extreme anxiety and to let go of stress.
Avatar f tn With my baby, I walked a lot. Then did prenatal yoga that's suitable for 3rd trimester. Did the yoga ball exercise and started to lose mucus plug for 3 days. Whenever I had braxton hicks I started walking and my contractions started.and I kept going and it helped me.
