This fall I registered for 2 classes (6 credits which is part-time) Art History and Infants and Toddlers. Well, the strains that are in schools and day cares tend to be super human. My dad often tells me that he was sick until my brothers were in 1st Grade. I was never as sick as I've been since my daughter started daycare, and that was before my TT. I do everything under the sun to boost my immune system- Green Tea, Acai Juice, Emergen-C, Airborne, Multi-Vitamin, practice Yoga, don't drink or smoke.

Hi Kitty, I don't know of any specific groups but you may want to try NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness.) I know it isn't med help but it is something. Also you can come and talk to all of us if you need to. We all have bipolar and are trying to be well. There are other family members on here as well. At least you could talk to people who know about bipolar if nothing else.
