There's a big difference if the discharge is yellow or white. If it's yellow you have a bacterial infection of some sort. Yellow or Green: May indicate an infection, especially if thick or clumpy like cottage cheese or has a foul odor.
If it's white it's normal. White: Thick, white discharge is common at the beginning and end of your cycle. Normal white discharge is not accompanied by itching. If itching is present, thick white discharge can indicate a yeast infection.
You could possibly have a yeast infection. Does it itch down there or burn when you use the bathroom?
There's no more yellow discharge and blood. But now there's really thick mucous. It's really weird. My period isn't due for another couple of days.

Does your discharge come out yellow or is it clear/milky? It shouldnt be colored but sometimes discharge can "dry" a pale yellow color (it may get mixed with a trace amount of urine for example). If your discharge actually exits your body w/ a yellow color that is another sign you may have an infection.
After the 3rd time we had sex, I noticed that I was irritated and that my panties were covered with large amounts of thick yellow discharge. I FREAKED.. This past Friday I had vaginal discharge that was thick and white; it looked like cottage cheese. I had minimal itching, and am very red/irritated. Naturally I thought it was a yeast infection and treated myself with OTC monistat. Today (sunday) I notice the color of the discharge now has yellow in it...and it stings to pee.

The odor is not noticeable, unless I smell my underwear or my pad up close. The texture is not very thick and it is smooth. The texture is not clumpy or lumpy and does not have the "cottage cheese" like texture. There are no itching or burning sensations. Also, It is not swollen or red in my vagina area.
Just went to pee and had white thick discharge like little bit yellow and I'm 7 weeks pregnant I went pee again and nothing ..
Might be an infection. I would call your doctor and have it looked at. An increase in discharge during pregnancy is also very normal and doesn't indicate miscarriage. For that you would want to be looking for bleeding and/or heavy cramping.

Im not sure, but I can tell you this the week of my period I had for one day the kind of discharge u are talking about. It was thick, not totally yellow but very light tinted yellow. I think as long as it doesn't have a funny oder, then I think your ok. But if you get itching or any other symptom then u might want to see a doctor.
It just smells, & Its thick . Originally it was yellow. But Now Its a greenish yellow, & sometimes it has white chunks (Its very disturbing) & its been happening for a couple weeks. Ive read some online about it & most of the women Said their doctors Said it was Fine unless it turned green & started having an odor. At first it didnt have an odor at all , but I told my doctor about it today & he once again Said it was probably nothing .
