My daughter is experiencing the yellow discharge. We thought it was her mucus plug but it was a uti with severe dehydration. We went to the hospital and they gave her the first dose of an antibiotic and a liter and a half of fluids. She had contractions 4 min apart that were quite severe with intense back pain. After the fluids and the antibiotic, they went back to 13 min apart.

00 AM and she didnt eat breakfast for more than 3 days. Thats the only symptom. Yes, the discharge is stretchy as she described and resembled an egg white like look. It's been months also since she had that discharge. So if we had an encounter 2 weeks before she had her first ovulation since January and the sperm lives for at most 5 days, then I am in the safe zone right?

It is normal to experience an increase in discharge throughout your pregnancy. As long as there is no foul ordor or burning with it you should be fine but if it makes you feel better call you docotor and ask that is what they are there for, to make us feel better. I know its hard to relax especially after having m/c but I truly don't think you need to worry unless you start bleeding and cramping.

Mine was my mucus plug shredding and coming out in pieces. She told me any discharge during pregnancy is normal and only to worry if it has a foul smell or is bloody red. She said some have brown yellow green blueish purpleish clear white so many colors of discharge but it is normal...not saying that just BCUZ it is you shouldn't keep it from Ur doctor..always tell Ur doctor about what's going on with your body..
