HI, I cant be sure why you got the yeast infection the first time but the second time you got it was probably from the antibiotic as this can cause yeast infections. Whenever I have to take an antibiotic I always make sure to take diflucan after the last antibiotic.

If ur docs/gyno are giving u medications for a yeast infection and its not going away, its most likely not a yeast infection. Its pointing more towards an std. Ive had bad yeast infections before where i was on over the counter meds for almost a month n finally went to gyno to get antibiotics and it knocked it out within a day. Those meds are extremely stong and should get rid of it within 2-3 days tops so if its not then it sounds more like and std than a yeast infectikn.
