for yeast infection the best thing to do is eat yogurt....naturally kills the yeast. my gyn told me to try that because i used to get a yeast infection after every period....it really works for me so it might for you too....i think cranberry is for kidney infections...good luck...

I had my 7th kidney infection, a horrible yeast infection from the kidney infection antibiotics, and after my water ruptured I got the infection in my water. I was on 4 different antibiotics while in the hospital till the day I left. My baby got put on antibiotics for 4 days for the yeast infection and for the infection in my waters.

Your midwife wouldn't give you something that would harm the baby, plus they should help. Though the itching might get worse because the pills will kill the good bacteria down there too.

I have had a reoccurring infection after a root canal over the past two years. Now my hands & feet are swelling up and showing arthritis like symptoms. Very painful. I am having mouth surgery very soon to "clean out" the cavity that has formed from the infection eating away the bone tissue in the area near where the root canal was done.

The other would be yeast infection (Thrush is yeast infection babys usually get in mouth) Eat yogart see if you see any change (cheeper then going to DR; however if problem continues go to DR.) Ask DR for yeast infection pill-cream may not have 100% cleared up infection, OR some friends of mine swear by detox they have at all natuaral stores...they have detox for kidneys. You can ask person in store for some advice.

A friend told me this could be a kidney infection. Does anyone have any other ideas? Does this sound serious? I have a trip planned for this weekend and I really don't want to cancel it b/c of this. Hi, I have had yeast infections on several occasions following antibiotic treatment for UTI, kidney infections. I have also had this passed from my wife to me and the other way around. Symptoms mostly was a rash on the glans and itchyness. I would not really describe the sensation like pain, discomfort yes. I don't know if that answers your question. In the case of a sexula partner both should be treated at the same time, other wise you will be passing the infection on to each other.

urinary track infections as well as yeast infections can be very common during pregnancy. ive had yest infections constantly throughout my pregnancy. if you think you have a urinary track infection call the doctor and let them know.

You need to get meds for it cuz it can turn into a kidney infection if not treated. And meds are the only thing that will kill the infection. You can drink cranberry juice to keep it gone but in order to kill the infection you will have to take something. I had 3 in a row with my daughter and then got a yeast infection.
