3 things that work excellent for yeast infections and are safe during pregnancy. Unrefined coconut oil, raw apple cider vinegar, and garlic. Seriously. I have used all of these. The garlic can be overwhelming smell wise during pregnancy so I wouldn't try it. The vjnegar u can dab it around the whole vagina or use a a douche. The coconut oil, freeze in a bullet shape and put up in you like a tampon at night. Wear a pad tho.

I bought these pills off of Amazon.com called Probioticts. You take them 3 times a day & they prevent you from getting them ! I know they suck . & garlic works wonders .... It balances your Ph back out to normal . But try those pills too ! & very safe during pregnancy . Ask your doctor .

Go to the doctor first to make sure it's not a bladder infection and then they'll check for yeast too!

But they do say inserting it down there can create a garlic smell in your mouth. My lesson learned - no garlic up there during pregnancy.

I've had yeast infections during pregnancy before. I refuse to use any meds though...cause you just don't know. Instead I'll use plain yogurt... Works way better and no nasty cramps to go along with it. Same mess as conventional creams and inserts, but safe. Hope this helps.
