I was experiencing problems with Candida Yeast infection and it coming back all the time. It's been ahwil since I have ha any symptoms of a yeast infections. You can get over the counter medicine for this, or otherwise tell your doctor, (call him/her) and tell her you got a yeast infection from the antibiotics. he can call in a pill that is only one pill to take, and works like magic. It's rather expensive, though. Or, he can also prescribe a cream. Don't worry. it's inconvenient but not serious. It's usually wort before your period.

I'm no doctor but it sounds like a reoccuring yeast infection. I suggest going to the doctor, explaining and they should give you steroids to clear it up. Yeast infections are caused by a chemical imbalance in the vagina, and from what I've been told by my own doctor, often happen after a menstrual cycle.

I am NOT a fan of the vaginal yeast preparations as they potentially can cause dermatitis that is bad as the original infection. Oral diflucan does work really well. Sounds like quite a nice holiday! Hope this helps!

If it is due to some other type of infection, then you need to go see a doctor. They will do a pap smear and take a culture and check to ensure that you have no infections. Infections can come from unsafe sex, douching, use of tampons, wearing tight clothing or pantyhose. My advice is to go to a gynecologist and request a pap smear. This doctor will be able to answer your concerns in more detail. Good luck.

All results were negative. I was however, diagnosed with BV. I was prescribed tindomax which i think did nothing but give me a yeast infection.

I have tried to get rid of my Menstruation for a couple of months and then once I have my period I get my Uti back. During my Menstruation I take a shower and rinse 3 times a day and change my kotex every 2 hours - I only use the pure cotton kotex pads. I don't use tampons. I am drinking plenty of fluids.
