Avatar n tn vulvar disorders, vulvodynia support or happy pelvis They are a good place to get a lot of ideas on possible treatments. Also look into hormone imbalances, they can tend to cause a lot of the vaginal cuts or tears. Seek out a specialist or a doc who deals with a lot of pelvic pain patients. Chronic pain can lead to pelvic floor muscle dysfunction. The tightended muscles can aggravate the nerves in the area causing the burning with no apparent cause.
1587437 tn?1297178216 there is a yahoo group the yellow warriors na isinusulong nila ang non discrimination for hbv patients like us. search nyo na lang sa yahoo groups tyak makakatulong ang ibang info doon. god bless us always!
Avatar f tn I don't know of any irish support groups for herpes. when I checked the yahoo uk groups, none were listed either. hopefully you find someone to listen and give you suppressive therapy so you can start trying to control your herpes better.
Avatar n tn And if you have HSV 1 which most people due maybe you still have genital herpes. Antibody tests are in fact useful for HIV and other diseases that involve the whole human body, not skin condtions. But remember there are no tests for HPV and plenty of people have that too without knowing it, and it is much more prevalent. I and others just feel that as you see on this website promoting HSV antibody tests for people who never had a cut, blisters or rash is irresponsible medical care.
Avatar f tn and that it has also been seen in HIV patients. I BELIEVE (don't quote me) that he stated that of the ALS patients he saw before closing his practice, 15% improved with treatment for tick-borne diseases.
151263 tn?1243377877 Fantastic! Awesome! Amazing!... Keep up good work!
Avatar f tn Gilead spent outrageously to buy Pharmasset in an attempt to dominate the future of Hep C treatment in much the same way it already dominates the HIV market. Gilead needs to justify that $11 billion and deliver profits and returns to its shareholders. Collaborating with Bristol would more than likely dilute Gilead's Hep C profits, which helps explain why Gilead isn't exactly thrilled to push ahead with the daclatasvir GS-7977 combination.
334847 tn?1206533840 Everything that I've heard and read about Teleprevir is positive and to me it doesn't matter if it's 6% positive or 16% positive it's getting positive results and that's the bottom line. I'm really enjoying this forum cause I can see things differently from all angles, thanks.
233616 tn?1312790796 As to the Canadian system, I've seen some very positive posts here, and some very negative ones. In fact, you posted some very negative posts a couple of years ago, but I'm happy that now you apparently are receiving excellent care. But may I ask why you're posting this to me after our discussion yesterday? Others have made my same points in a more articulate way -- Mre for example.
Avatar m tn It seems to be in the wake of positive data on boceprevir, the New compound being developed by Sherring Plough. It looks as if the SGP compound will be comparable, but they only released a little data. IF boceprevir had better response rates then Vertex might not be the "lead" compound. That means many investors could jump ship. Per one of our posters here that was on the trial they reported that the SGP trials allowed "rescue drugs" whereas the Vertex trial did not.
Avatar m tn I believe they are autoimmune sx conditions, so no wonder that LDN works to keep them at bay. There is a yahoo group of hep C and B patients on LDN. Two are stage four cirhosis. They both had >5 million VL when they started LDN. Three months later one was at 632 thousand and the other at 980 thousand. Another went from 1.28 million pre LDN to 49 thousand three months post LDN and I went from 1.6 million to 58 thousand three months post LDN and 219 thousand 8 months post LDN.
Avatar m tn That is all I have ever wanted and that is all any of us want. Is just to be normal again. I have a friend who is suffering depression, real bad. and she says to her husband every week, I just want to be normal again. I just posted an article further up the page as well. have a read if you want to. I am coming out the other side, without drugs, and am very proud of myself and hapy to be on the home stretch.
Avatar n tn Everyday I will pray for deliverance for all of us. I will keep positive thinking and trusting God for his healing. I will keep you all posted. Keep the Faith!!

Avatar n tn This is a supportive environment here where we can all relate to the symptoms and offer positive advice. To: clgleaves, my husband didn't get it either, since he was against the shot in the first place. It makes it hard, but you'll get lots of support and suggestions here. Also, I remember being freezing cold and then very hot on and off for about 2 weeks after the shot. That has also subsided. Better days are ahead!!
Avatar n tn I try hard to not step out of the way for it, but there are times where the brain fog and fatigue that accompany it, makes it hard to stay positive. It doesn't appear to be Chronic Fatigue, or if it is, it's very mild. I still try to work out and stay active daily and I don't think I could do this if I had CFS. Has anyone found any answers?
530191 tn?1214166411 I have seen all the specialists even the cleveland clinic and university hospital groups. I saw a dermatological surgeon yesterday and she is going to start me on a drug called cytoxan (a chemotherapy drug) and plaquenil ( an old drug used to treat malaria) pretty aggressive but I have exhausted all of my avenues, and being a nurse myself I know what to watch for, Do you have any suggestions or anything that works for you? Do you get hives all over your body and do you get them everyday?
Avatar n tn It has restored a little bit since asia. It's not as rubbery and unresponsive. I've got to stay positive. What's so bothersome is even flaccid it doesn't feel right. I used to be able to flex that PC muscle and do penis "push ups". Now it's just like the PC muscle is atrophied. Maybe cuz of stress. I don't know. Just stay positive man.
Avatar n tn I have a very low self esteem now and can't join groups or make new friends because of this. I don't think doctors ever read these sites. The only thing that's left for me to try is a parasite cleanse and I have a feeling that will do little or nothing but I will try it and if it works or doesn't I'll let you know.
Avatar n tn Have to agree with skunkcabbage31 on this one, I would think masturbation is better than rape or even STDs like HIV, it may be solo but its clean. I have wrecked my brain for over 51 years trying to find out why I should stop masturbating, a total waste of time, I may as well have spent 51 years trying to find out why I should stop breathing.
Avatar n tn But for those who saw doctors, did you talk about STDs or HIV? I'm so paranoid about the bumps on my lips. I'm scared and I don't know what to do. Is this what you guys were thinking too? I mean, yeah I have been using lip balm from years ago that was stashed away, but how sure can we be that it's just a bacterial infection? So just to be clear, I have many tiny bumps on my upper lip on the left and right sides.
Avatar m tn i had an anxiety attack and was admitted to the emergecy room where they made me hold a fluffy ball and describe how it felt. i suffered. one day i read the front page of yahoo, about a guy suffering from a crawling feeling. i read his symptons and they sounded like mine. in the article closing it told of an element found in wine that caused 0x.xx% people to react this way from some trace element. i drank wine, everyday. i really didnt think it could be so simple, but i quit drinking wine.
Avatar n tn But now the next day, the watery substance is gone, but the irritation is more prominent. I've had yeast infections before, so I'm positive this isn't one. And the boy and I are both monogomous and have been together for 2 years. I have no symptoms other than the itch. And it doesn't even burn when I pee. I'm seriously at a loss, and cannot find anything online to help.
Avatar n tn If you make these changes nature will take its course.... remember time heals all..... be patient..... be positive..... think about the end reward.... no more hanging your head in shame that you couldnt get it up and have sex with the girl that wanted you.... Everytime I have the temptation of watching porn, I think of the times where I couldnt perform in real life scenarios because of it ...... I HOPE THIS HELPS...
