My doctor has perscribed 200mg taken 3 times per day - and has indicated that this is a strong enough dosage for me. My question still remains, is a dosage of 200mg taken 2 times per day effective?
I have a strong adversion to taking meds of any kind. I get dizzy, light headed, tired, cranky and can taste metal in my mouth.

I've been on Xyzal tablets for 5 years. was given these tablets because I suffered from itchy and runny nose. when I do not take the tablet for more than a day i experience itchiness all over my body especially on the arms and legs. please can you advise whether this is a withdrawal symptom?
But the past few days, some hives have started to come back. I have been taking benadryl along with the xyzal as needed. I was wondering if I could take 2 xyzal a day instead o 1. The only other medication that I am on is ortho cyclin birth control. Would I be okay if I took a 5 mg of xyzal early in the morning and then another in the late afternoon? Thanks in advance!
Half a teaspoon every other day would truly help things. However, as salmon depletes Vitamin E in dogs, you will also need to supplement with a canine vitamin E capsule along with the salmon oil.
CoQ10 is another useful supplement and has some evidence that it helps in human renal disease (no dog studies have yet been undertaken). Worth trying.
Ascorbic Acid can be given to help replace lost Vitamin C.

I have been giving her a teaspoon pepto bismol every 4 hrs, and a teaspoon of Gatorade every hour. I am going to try beef/chicken and rice soft food today, which will be a bland diet. I have been dealing with hives since 2000. All i have to do is be in the sun and i break out. I have tried Zyrtec, Allegra, Singular and now i'm on Xyzal. The Xyzal i only tried one time and woke up the next morning feeling like i was drunk and hit by a train. It left a horrible taste in my mouth. I am so sick of these hives. I'm getting married in August and have a terrible farmers tan and i am asking for any advice on what to do.

The doctor told me to stop using it immediately after he heard that my body got some allergic reaction toward the drug. The doctor gave me XYZAL-sample medicine- for itching. He gave me four pills and plus a Cholestorel medicine called NIASPAN. He said if itching goes away after four days of using the XYZAL, then I will try Niaspin and see how my body will react.
Now, after using XYZAL for two days, my body is still itching, there is no diffrence yet. I got two more pills of XYZAL.
m not sure how many of yours, if any would be available in generic now but Wal-Mart had a great $4 per Rx, per month or $9 for 3 months. Walgreens has a similar thing going on but you have to join their prescription discount plan.

Taper the drops however your surgeon wants you to do. Sometimes certain people need more than others so don't just do your own schedule. It's OK to read the package insert but understand that we use these drops on several million patients a year all over the world after cataract surgery and this is fairly standard protocol. If side effects develop, they will go away after stopping the drop. In the end do what your surgeon says to do.
Endo doubles my dosage of tapazole to 30 mg per day. The symptoms slowed down. Now in March I gained weight - 15 lbs, think I am HYPO so I am going to cut down the tapazole and get blood work done. Diet has not changed at all.
Is weight gain normal after high dose of tapazole. I think it was extreme for endo to put my dose from 15 to 30 mg per day ? My last reading said 19 - after a month of being at 30 mgs per day. Its two months later - and I gained 15 lbs and feel tired all the time.
