wrinkles around mouth injections

I am a 61 yr old female who recently developed deep lip and mouth lines over the last couple of years. I am a non smoker but I do facial exercises which may cause me to purse my lips more. Is there anything I can do to soften these lines or make them disappear. I am not consistant with my moisturizers so need to keep at that better than I have been. Any suggestions?

Hi, rk2761: Yes, I had all kinds of problems with my mouth, thru-out my Triple Tx, but happy to report all problems gone, within a week of the end of my Treatment, yay! It would feel as if I had chewed the inside of my cheeks, I had painful sores on my gums (sometimes white, or red) and my tongue seemd to be swollen at times, with cracks in it! I learned to use a natural mouthwash, whichhad tea-tree oil in it, after eating foods, but especially sweets.

Is it normal if you stare at your skin in bright light to see extremely fine lines around the mouth area besides the regular laugh lines further u p closer to the cheek. when i smile i get wrinkles around the eye and upper cheek. when i stop smilling i could see traces of those lines. not very obvious no one can see it only from up close. Is it normal to see such lines? or I am examing my skin too closely.

2) The Restyline filler injections would be around my lips for the wrinkles. Can they accidently inject into the vessel in that region where there would be a risk of it travelling to the retina? How would I know what to watch for when they inject so that I know if they are risking hitting a vessel? Thank you in advance, I think these answers will help others on this forum too.

I also have similar features as my mother, and she has very few wrinkles, but prominent wrinkles between her eyebrows. I try to wear sunglasses and not squint, but is there any specific product I could apply to help prevent wrinkles developing there? Thank you!

I have red, dry, flaky spots in the creases of my nose and around my mouth/chin. Sometimes, the dry spots get really chapped and itchy. The flakes start to turn brown after a few days. My pores on my chin are very clogged, causing lots of white heads to form. My forehead is very oily, but the rest of my face is dry. t feel like something I felt comfortable with the idea of having someone inject me with a known toxin just to get rid of wrinkles. To me, in that instance, the risk was not worth losing a few wrinkles over. Now, I'll inject the toxins of TX because they actually might have a purpose in helping fight this disease. My Neuro Doc suggested we try botox injections for the head pain that has been my biggest and worst symptom.... Constant 24/7 pain in the back of my head. Anyway, I had the botox injections on Dec 17th. I was warned that it might work, it might not. It can start to work two weeks after the injections are done, but it might not start to work until you go back for the next session three months later... this is still pretty experimental for headaches.

I am concerned about how safe these are, the injections of hte substances would be around my eyes and I am wondering how safe it is. Could it cause vision problems, I have seen that the main ingredient of restylane is Hyaluronic acid, I have found a topical cream that is 75% hyaluronic acid, I know this wont work as well but do you think this is an option or not even worth spending hte money on the cream. I have a redness, browness, little bit rash, and weird looking wrinkles/scales near the border of my lips. Hi there, I'm not sure if this is the right place for this, but here goes. Lately, and by lately I mean for the last two months, I've noticed a redness in the skin around my pubic region underneath my pubic hair. I don't shave down there or anything, I just trim sometimes. I just brushed i off as it being a sweaty area, but lately I've noticed the same redness on the back of my penis.

05 on erasing sun damage to the skin, i have fine wrinkles forming on my forehead there not very deep yet and patches of rough skin(enlarged pores on cheeks and forehead). Not only do I have deep wrinkles beneath my eyes, on my forehead, and around my mouth, but as of the last year I have developed adult onset acne as well. I have seen others post questions regarding receiving radioactive iodine and then having eye problems. I am experiencing watery eyes -- they just run constantly and then become infected. First one started, then the other. I have been seing opthamologists for 6 months. They cannot flush the tears with injections. They are planning to "balloon" the tear duct (lacrimal duct/sac). Noone in the medical field is agreeing of the connection between this issue and radioactive iodine.
