Apply light vitamin E cream over the hands frequently and avoid prolonged exposure to water as this will cause the skin to dry and irritate the skin. The skin of the hands is usually thinner and more sensitive. It is also frequently exposed to irritants such as cleansers, detergents etc.
Is this true in your case?

I had my first thermiva vaginal rejuvenation session and got about 5 blisters on the outside of my vagina about 3 hours later. They are itchy and tender to the touch but not painful. My skin around it is swollen and red. I was worried they burned me, bc I jumped multiple times during treatment bc it was too hot, but they say it’s not possible. Has anyone had this reaction after having this done? How did you treat it?

I've seen a couple or dermatologists who have told me several different things. One suggested that I don't get the dermaroller and instead do the fraxel laser and take care of the thread veins at the same time.
I'm mixed race and very cautious about using lasers on mt skin. I live in scotland and most of the doctors here have very little experience of working on ethnic skin.
After I take a bath or go swimming, my hands get extemely wrinkled. i know that its normal for your hand to get that way but mine is different. they wrinkle up SO much that they feel scaly. They also feel dry and tight. My mom says it could just be dehydration and that i should drink more water, but i have been drinking plenty lately. After that swine flu alert, i started using hand sanitizer. Could the hand sanitizer be the thing that effeecting my hands this way?
They are well hydrated and will not end up all wrinkled and aging.
Avoid direct and long exposure to sunlight. Too much exposure to the sun can cause skin aging. When you are exposed to the sun’s UV rays, make sure you applied liberal amounts of sunscreen to your face and neck.
Make sure that you moisturise your face and rinse with water to get rid of any dead skin cells to get that all over glow to your face.
I have essentially the same condition as you......very, very wrinkled skin on the head and very small white circles (not raised but simple discolorations at four different spots.....they seem more pronounced at different times.....I've found that when I am in the shower, they are very distinct). I have the added bonus of having notably pinkness around the urethral opening and a lot of sensitivity when my penis rubs against my underwear.
doc when i was 10 o 11 yrs of age i got a bad skin infection on my whole body in winters because of dryness as my skin iz really sensitive. Then it all got cured but dat left a scar/mark on my rear part of my right chin. its a long 1. i'll be 20 now is there any easy way to get rid of that scar completely??

I also noticed a smaller spot of skin wrinkled but not red on the base of penis but no cracked skin. When i first saw it I thought I had a ringworm but now I'm not sure. Does this sound like it could be herpes and if so 1 or 2? None of my partners I've had this year have had any sign or informed of anything. I've never seen anything but I know you can have it with no symptoms at all.
They are the same color as my skin, but when out in the sun they tend to be a bit darker than my skin. They appear to be a little wrinkled also. They do not itch or hurt and I have had them for years. Every year it seems like I get more. I have been to the Doctor and she said to try aquaphor and that didn't help. The appearance looks a little like a cyst, but they aren't hard and elevated that much, just thicker than more normal skin. Any thoughts?
It is almost like a wrinkled grayish skin discoloration, and I have noticed that the same discoloration (under bright light) that goes down to my anal area. I thought this was just shaven inflamed hair follicles, but now I am becoming more paranoid because it's taking on a more ruffled, or wrinkled appearance. When my skin is together it looks like a lumpy grouped bump type of shape, HOWEVER when I pull my skin taut just a little, it just looks like normal skin.

It is true that groins are effected but the typical appearance is well-demarcated, brown-red macular patches. The skin has a wrinkled appearance with fine scales.
It has to be differentiated from contact dermatitis, psoriasis, sweat dermatitis and fungal infections which may mimic it. Wood lamp examination and gram staining are the tests for its diagnosis.
So nothing can be confirmed without examination.
