On top off that just eat healthy and trust me ul see the weight come off. Within 5 days i lost 7 lbs but that's just cuz it was the very start. After that ul lose it gradually.

Avatar f tn m no health/exercise expert, but from personal experiences, a healthy diet and exercise regimen is always a good start to weight-loss and a healthier lifestyle. remember, there are no shortcuts. you must make a lifestyle change if you want to keep and maintain a figure you consider is desirable. and calories matters. you want to make sure you eat enough to keep your body going, but also burn enough to give that deficit for weight loss.

You need to calculate your actual calorie needs, based on your current height, weight, age and activity level. You would think I would see any improvements in my belly button area. I would like to have it addressed. How do I address it with my Family Doctor? Avatar f tn Many times with PCOS women develop insulin resistance which eventually can cause diabetes if not taken care of properly with diet. I would eat 180g of carbs a day. Also, when you are eating carbs, even if its just fruit you need to eat it with a protein. (apple and peanut butter, strawberries and string cheese). Good steps to take to get on track. Carbs are in everything except meat and veggies and some dairy.
Avatar f tn m no fitness expert, but from my personal experience, i would say you should still maintain a healthy diet and keep exercising. but be sure to change it up with some high intensity workouts on some days and on others with some lower intensity workouts. mixing things up can really confuse your body (don't do the same workout day in/day out) and therefore could result in some positive change. remember to make sure you give yourself plenty of rest days in between workouts.
Avatar m tn Do lots of lunges and squats, and do 45 minute workouts at a high resistance at least four days a week on a stationary bike. The cardio will flattern your stomach, and the increased resistance and leg reps will make your butt and hips bigger as in more muscular, which will also make your stomach look flatter in proportion. It worked for me--and I NEVER thought I would lose weight in my stomach!

When I had my last daughter I got on the "Herbalife" diet and lost all my baby weight plus about 15 extra pounds but I want to consider other diets before getting on that strict "Herbalife" diet. It's hard for me because I am a picky eater, but I want to eat healthy!! Any suggestions?? What are your plans?
Avatar n tn As these are easy areas to hit, if you are a member of a gym any personal trainer can teach you hundreds of exercises that work on these areas and will be able to see what your current fitness level is so they can tailor it to your ability to do them and not injure yourself.
Avatar f tn difficulty losing weight is definitely a symptom. perhaps next time you go for your annual exam or annual routine blood work, you could ask to include a TSH. hth. good luck!
