Avatar f tn It depends on what types of workouts and food you are eating (and if your getting your body enough calories, protien and fat). Make sure you vary your workouts. Do ones that are focused and intense. Shorter more intense workouts will do more for you that working out all day but being exhausted and not putting your all in it. A good workout is boxing! Also remember you are still young and not to let anyone make you feel you are anything less than beautiful.

Your fingers should be lightly touching the back of your head and your elbows should be wide. If you fold your arms, straining to sit up, you will be pulling your neck. Maybe these "tweaks" will help.

This looks strong and youthful. Use good technique instead of adding weight before you're ready. Clean and jerk is another full-body exercise that is overlooked.

At work, I felt a pain in the middle of my chest, like a knife being there after 10 minutes the acute pain went away, leaving only a slight discomfort. Now, I noticed it happens every time I go to the water. After 4-5 hours that i leave the water, the pain is there. I don't know what it is if I lean my shoulders in, the pain is even bigger. Avatar f tn t want to lose weight without toning up your body as you go, anyways. Doing so would only cause you to have saggy skin and stretch marks all over your body. Make sure you are toning up! Also, spend the extra money to make sure A. you have a really good supportive everyday bra and B. you have a good, supportive exercise bra. As far as exercise goes, I recommend weight training every other day and cardio on the off days.

Start running for 30' a day.so you ll burn the fat...when you ll be about 130Ibs start having workouts.workouts for your tummy ,your legs and don't forget the workouts for arms and chest.

Squats, deadlifts and hyperextensions with weights will enlarge the muscles of your lower back. Don't do crunches. Only complete six to 12 repetitions per set for all exercises. Do Barbell Side Bends. google core exercises. Remember don't do crunches!

Avatar m tn Hey You should also try some weigh protein to add in your diet. It's really good in gaining mass. Also consult your PT because there are some workouts that are designed for cutting down muscles and there are some that is designed to build muscles. Maybe the one you are doing is to toned down your muscles. Try eating more protein and also take some multivitamins. Drink milk every night before you sleep.
Avatar f tn If you have a pool in your community or a YMCA or even join a gym with a pool. That's your best bet. I have a 500 LB friend I taught to swim on a lake. It's great cardio and resistance at the same time. You can use flippers. Kick from your butt muscle. Keep your legs straight. No bending at the knee. I like swim goggles. But rarely use fins. Oh. Use socks w fins to prevent blisters. You'll see results within a month. To float just put your head back into water up to your face.
