We just have to listen to our bodies I guess! I felt Bette when I went to the doctor today because they told me to work out 3 maybe 4 days a week and only for a maximum 20 min..

Avatar f tn If you don't like workouts like me, try beach bodys rockin body workout (its kind of like zumba but not as intense). Its super fun and easy. Plus it doesn't look like you're working out, just dancing. Don't let anyone keep you down. You'll get to your goal weight! I believe in you! Same with you morgan1342.
10165853 tn?1456333837 But im 9 weeks almpst and i still hit the gym, walk, hike, hiking is my favorite. I also work out at home since i have 2 kids i cant always go out to do it. I actually downloaded a pregnancy work out app for free and it has 20 minute workouts for 1st 2nd and 3rd trimester.
Avatar f tn d say squats back workouts ,YouTube has so many good workouts for pregnant women u can watch if u dont kno how to do them... And eating healthy , i only gained like 10bs ,in my pregnancy... but everyone is diff, the more your active the quicker you get back in shape..
Avatar n tn I usually do my at night too once the kids are in bed. I haven't taken out my ab workouts yet just continuing to do my usual things! I usually do cardio then a mixture of weights on different body parts. I ride my indoor bike and still do my boxing with my bad which has quite a bit of an abdominal workout.

I'm not working right now so I have plenty of time to work out but don't want to do anything excessive and I don't want to be a couch potato my whole pregnancy lol. Any ideas are appreciated!
Avatar f tn I've had the same problem my whole first trimester. I'm almost in my second as well so I hope to start working out again soon. In the meantime I go to the pool when I can and do some swimming and stuff.

Avatar f tn re already active it is fine to keep doing your regular workouts.. just monitor your heart rate, try not to get above 150. I asked her if boot camp classes and spin is still okay (by two favorite) she said as long and I'm monitoring I can do whatever I feel like as long as it is safe and I am not over heating (no more kick boxing).

Avatar n tn t worry about it. Doctors say it is fine to continue with your normal workouts as long as your body is used to it. A lot of runners continue to run during pregnancy. Just make sure you are staying well hydrated and listen to your body.
Avatar n tn I go to the gym during the week i run a mile straight then do lots of leg workouts i stopped doing ab workouts they were my least favorite anyway haha. I go hiking and i downloaded a pregnancy workout app that i try to do. Ive been lagging it the past couple weeks ive been so busy plus i have 2 kids so its not always easy i either have to do it first thing in the morning or i cant do it.
Avatar f tn I downloaded the apps "Daily Workouts free" and "Lose Weight Fitness and Workouts", those two apps have a ton of workouts for targeted areas or your whole body. They are also short videos so they show you how your body is supposed to be positioned. Daily Workouts also times you in intervals. Hope this helps if you're able to download apps. I also have the app "Fitness Buddy", but I haven't looked at it as much, that one looks more targeted towards men.
Avatar f tn Same situation as you! Don't listen to all this dieting crap. There are se fab ab workouts on YouTube or just make up some of your own! Cut out lots of sugar but don't deprive youself! On demand also has some workouts you'll love.
Avatar f tn or T25 workouts. These are videos of quick 20 min workouts that are intense but burn a lot of calories and they work your entire core. Take a peek at these on YouTube they are great and they work.
