Avatar n tn We could recommend specific exercises, but those two areas can be reached with probably over a thousand different ones, both with weights and without. But they do have to be done correctly to hit the right areas and so you don't injure yourself.

For some reason, getting up in the morning is very difficult and I find myself very tired through most of the day, only regaining some alertness around the evening, when it's time for dinner and TV. I've tried to self diagnose but am not getting anywhere by myself. Other info: I'm 27 yo, 178 cm tall, 80 kg, not fat (though used to be thinner before started going to gym).

850661 tn?1245666056 I agree with Mumita you can do all of that except for the crunches. You could supplement with a modified crunch using a yoga ball. I learned some tricks in a prenatal class my gym offers. Chances are if your gym doesn't have a class like that the rec center in your area will. I think swimming is the best workout when your pregnant. When I go swimming I really feel all the muscles in my abdomen and sides stretch out it's a great workout and it's almost impossible to hurt yourself.
Avatar f tn Keep going to the gym. Keep weight lifting. Do your normal routines. As your stomach gets bigger do different variations of the workouts so that they're not too high impact. Exercising while pregnant is amazing. And will keep you fit for labor. Though if you are watching your calories for weight loss, when you get a confirmed pregnancy test, I'd stop that. Instead just continue to eat healthy. Small portions, not too much sugar, tons of fruits and veggies, whole wheat, etc.

My skin-colour prior to this was pretty fair but it discoloured my entire abdomen aside from my chest (which oddly. is still the same colour). My hands and feet also changed to light brown. Avatar m tn ive been taking l tryptophan 1500mg for 2months now and noticed its affecting my running, i feel alot more exhausted at the end of my run , compared to when i wasnt taking this supplement. I'm also not able to lift heavy weights in gym. but Tryptophan helps me sleep, i enjoy 7hrs at night and nap during day.10hrs total. i don't know if i should stop taking it. My libido and performance in bed is reat. but my workouts aren't what they used to be.thanks for any info on this.

I was very fit but have been worried to go back to the gym since finding out. Ive tried to do brisk walks though and will get back to the gym this week, just at a lower level than what Ive been used to.
