Avatar m tn Hi, my name is Ben and i am 15 years old and my physicall day consists of a 3hour game of football with my friends and a 4hour swim, yet i don't keep track to what i eat. I am currently weghing at 61.5 kg and i need to lose up to 5-10 kg as soon as possible. Could any one suggest me a 7 day diet fit for a moderatly active 15 year old. Also, could anyone suggest me some cardio exercises or home workouts again suitable for a 15 year old. Any help would be extremly appriciated.

I had to quit all sports and start golf but now I’m getting fat, any tips on how to workout and not get a absolutely terrible migraine???

I have been sitting home and doing nothing for a month the reason for that is because there's is quarantine in Shanghai and nobody is allowed to go out, I can't even go out and take a walk. So before the quarantine I would exercise regularly. I would play football 3 times a week and I never had any cardio issues or any issues at all while exercising. Now after one month of doing nothing I decided to exercise at home and I found it very difficult.
Avatar m tn After Any type of excercise, whether it be high intensity basketball, running routes in football, or lifting, my heart rate skyrockets to 150 or 160. It jumps to 120 just warming up. And even after im done with all the excercise, my heart can stay at around 120 bpm up to 2 to 4 hours after in done.. to add to that my heart sometimes drops to 46 to 60... now I'm not that in shape nor am I THAT out of shape.

Certainly jacking off 5 hours prior to the event could have an effect, but it was most likely your nervousness and performance anxiety that killed the fun. Don't worry, it will happen another time, just relax. Sex is a pretty natural process.

Also I go swimming four times a week minimum and spend thirty mins to an hour in the pool.

Avatar f tn I worked out 4-56 times a week and now I can barely get 3 workouts in. I even made a schedule for a specific pregnancy workout I found on pinterest and walking and elliptical. We just have to listen to our bodies I guess! I felt Bette when I went to the doctor today because they told me to work out 3 maybe 4 days a week and only for a maximum 20 min..

Anyway it is really embarrassing to go to a gym and my family gives me no support so I never do it at home. Where should I workout?? Should I just tough trough it and get a gym membership? The problem is there has to be a gym that is open at 11 since that would be my only time to workout. What should I do?

Avatar n tn My son spent a week in the hospital about 2 weeks ago. His CPK level was 113,000, which I can see from other post is unheard of. Other than 2 workouts (both were not strenous) back to back & some weight lifting and maybe a little dehydrations, they could find nothing to be the cause of the elevated CPKs. He's never had a problem with remaining hydrated during a workout before. His kidneys are liver are fine. I'm completely confused as to why and how this happened.
Avatar f tn Having recently joined this app, I have been recommended to eat around 3300+ calories to reach my target weight, however I go to the gym 6 days a week and play football daily also - would this mean I have to eat more calories than suggested as I burn a very large amount daily? Any comments would be highly appreciated.

I love how Selma explain's thing's though. This is just a different journey that your son will have to take, but I also know and feel your pain of letting your son know that has dream's has changed.
