After Any type of excercise, whether it be high intensity basketball, running routes
in football, or lifting, my heart rate skyrockets to 150 or 160. It jumps to 120 just warming up. And even after im done with all the excercise, my heart can stay at around 120 bpm up to 2 to 4 hours after in done.. to add to that my heart sometimes drops to 46 to 60... now I'm not that in shape nor am I THAT out of shape.
