Avatar f tn Yes as you may know C section may play a bigger role than you think since some of the muscles need to get stretched to accommodate the baby. As you may know Yoga workouts and core workouts are important but you need to activate specify muscles around your waist. Those muscles are named the oblique muscles. The muscles need to be strong, activated so when you start dropping body fat you will see how your waist drops significantly.

Avatar m tn What I have heard is that it is soft muscle and if you know anything about soft muscle is that once it gets big, its hard to get rid of. Lower ab workouts don't work. Women, you are not going to know what we mean because you don't have this problem...it different for you ladies. It's what makes our stuff look smaller too.

I asked her if boot camp classes and spin is still okay (by two favorite) she said as long and I'm monitoring I can do whatever I feel like as long as it is safe and I am not over heating (no more kick boxing).
