Avatar f tn Since then, my ear drums are not open, after one week i also have a sour taste in my mouth. What causes the sour taste is it swimmers ears. I am using swim sport drops for swimmers ears to dry out the water,but the ear drums only open when i put my finger in the ear and touch my eardrums, then after 30 seconds it closes again. I can hear but not so good. My eardrums do still feel wet. Is it normal that the ears have not returned to normal after 2 weeks.
Avatar f tn If you are really out of shape, do mild activities for a prolonged amount of time, for example, go for a slow walk for an hour, rather than a brisk walk for ten minutes and you will burn more fat that way. The longer you get the aerobic system working for, the more fat you burn. The more in shape you become, the more aggressive activities you will be able to do while being able to breathe deeply - oxygen is the key to being aerobic and burning fat.

We just have to listen to our bodies I guess! I felt Bette when I went to the doctor today because they told me to work out 3 maybe 4 days a week and only for a maximum 20 min..
Avatar f tn Prenatal yoga is great for strengthening all the muscles you're gonna use during labour and for focusing on your breathing. I've been swimming a lot during my pregnancy as it feels so nice to exercise without feeling the weight of your belly. Walking as often as possible is also good. These are the only exercises I did but depends on your ability and fitness level. I had breathlessness throughout my preg so anything else was too much much me.

I personally stopped swimming (because it's quite expensive here) when we got a dog when I was 4 months pregnant so now I'm still walking 2-3 hours everyday at 37 weeks pregnant and I've gained about 28 lbs (I'm quite tall). Hope you find something that works for you!

My DP and I have been trying to concieve for about a year, DP has sub-optimal swimmers, to my shock recent consultant at fertility clinic told ME that I had a high FSH and I maybe pre-menapausal (at that time I was in the 2ww and was hoping for a BFP), utter dispair at the moment, Dr is talking about IVF straight away.

1085628 tn?1326551885 The only caveat I have to the whole topic is to make sure you are not using lubricants. Those are no good for the swimmers! If you need a little extra help, try using pre-seed or my RE said that canola oil is a great lubricant that won't harm the swimmers at all.
