Avatar f tn And i have horrible (ok not that bad but def noticeable!) cellulite on my buttocks! Its driving me crazy. Is there anything i can do to get rid of them? Excercises lotions ect?
Avatar n tn I can best describe it as kind of numby/tingly sensation that makes me feel weak throughout my buttocks and legs (hamstrings and calves, not quads) that has been with me for 7-10 days. I cannot remember any impact on my tailbone, but was working out a lot during the week leading up to this including intense leg lift workouts where my hands are under my lower back and I think that may have caused a nerve to be pinched or something. There really isn't any pain.
Avatar f tn Select whole grain breads, rice and pastas over refined grains, and eat fresh fruits and vegetables. For protein, eat lean meats, eggs, fish and nuts, and choose low-fat dairy products. No salty foods, soda, sugary juice, and candy. Choose fruits and vegetables instead. Be careful with the fruit some are high in sugar. Google the following exercises to see how to perform them!
Avatar f tn If you are really out of shape, do mild activities for a prolonged amount of time, for example, go for a slow walk for an hour, rather than a brisk walk for ten minutes and you will burn more fat that way. The longer you get the aerobic system working for, the more fat you burn. The more in shape you become, the more aggressive activities you will be able to do while being able to breathe deeply - oxygen is the key to being aerobic and burning fat.

Avatar f tn I worked out 4-56 times a week and now I can barely get 3 workouts in. I even made a schedule for a specific pregnancy workout I found on pinterest and walking and elliptical. We just have to listen to our bodies I guess! I felt Bette when I went to the doctor today because they told me to work out 3 maybe 4 days a week and only for a maximum 20 min..
Avatar f tn Prenatal yoga is great for strengthening all the muscles you're gonna use during labour and for focusing on your breathing. I've been swimming a lot during my pregnancy as it feels so nice to exercise without feeling the weight of your belly. Walking as often as possible is also good. These are the only exercises I did but depends on your ability and fitness level. I had breathlessness throughout my preg so anything else was too much much me.

I personally stopped swimming (because it's quite expensive here) when we got a dog when I was 4 months pregnant so now I'm still walking 2-3 hours everyday at 37 weeks pregnant and I've gained about 28 lbs (I'm quite tall). Hope you find something that works for you!

Plus it doesn't look like you're working out, just dancing. Don't let anyone keep you down. You'll get to your goal weight! I believe in you! Same with you morgan1342.
Avatar f tn I'm worried as hell. I'm 21 years old and just had my 2nd shingles outbreak in less than 2 months on the same area...my left buttocks. It's definitely not as severe this time, but I am really scared. I tested negative for HIV about 4-5 months ago, but had sex with a prostitute 2 weeks before my first shingles outbreak in December. My sexual Encounter with her involved kissing, recieving unprotected oral, and protected vaginal sex that lasted around 10-15 minutes or so.

It is a sharp stabbing pain that is dull most of the time, but extremely intensifies when I take pressure off the left leg. Every time I take a step with my left leg my left buttocks will shoot pain in the high middle of the cheek. The pain started when I had a physical job and it just grew from no where. I had never had problems like this and even played 9 years of soccer when I was younger.

She got tested for everything which was negative and I only got tested for HIV because i went to a clinic that gives you your results the same day and the HIV test was $175. My results were negative for HIV and I haven't experienced any STD symptoms either. Last week I felt a tingling feeling on my pubic hairs and I cut them off.

Avatar f tn Hi, I woke up yesterday with pain in my upper right thigh and hip, buttocks. The pain got worse throughout the day, hard for me to walk when pressure is applied and I often had to limp. I iced the area and took IB profen all day. This morning the pain was even more sever when walking, shooting and dull pain when pressure was applied when walking. I also noticed that my right arch of my foot toward the inside of the foot is swollen, I have minor pain in that as well.

Avatar f tn re already active it is fine to keep doing your regular workouts.. just monitor your heart rate, try not to get above 150. I asked her if boot camp classes and spin is still okay (by two favorite) she said as long and I'm monitoring I can do whatever I feel like as long as it is safe and I am not over heating (no more kick boxing).
