Avatar f tn I ate low fat/ no fat and drank 3 Liters of water a day and did a 30 minute Taebo workout Monday through Friday. I had a baby and gained 120lbs and didn't really change anything. I was 249 when I delivered and now I'm 175lbs and I have been trying to get the rest of the weight off. I am wanting to lose another 40lbs and nothing seems to work. I thought it might have something to do with having my gallbladder removed three years ago.
Avatar n tn When I did crunches I always put my fingertips behind my ears without any pressure. Your abs should be the only thing working your body during an ab routine. So definitely try again but maybe try a more recent workout. There's a GREAT ab workout routine at s park p eople (no spaces) and the trainer will talk to you about how to do them without straining your neck. Good luck!
769119 tn?1235025955 3 years ago when I was exercising body building and when I left an heavy weight I got pain in my head, when ever I was going to gym and started exercise I was getting pain, then I left the workout for 2 and half years, just few months ago again I started my workout, it was going very well for 6 to 7 months, but one day again I faced the same problem (headache) during workout. ofcourse I left heavy weight again.

Avatar n tn I wanted to know of anyone goes through this as well. After every workout I spot. Sometimes I get cramps. Most of the time I don't. I hate the spotting but have learned to see it as normal. Is it normal? I'm 22. I would say I'm in good health. I used to jog 4 miles daily. 2 or 4 miles I spot anyway. Does this happen to anyone else?

Avatar f tn I work on an assembly line in a plant so I use my hands constantly....my hands don't really hurt more than would be expected, but they are getting covered in big dark ugly bruises...I haven't hit them on anything, so I was wondering if just the repetition can cause bruising? Should I get looked at? I don't really like doctors or their prices, so I would rather not unless it is absolutely necessary...but the bruising has my husband worried...

Avatar m tn Yeah it happens to me a lot. I'm guessing it's because of hyperventilation. Your probably over breathing without even thinking about, it's pretty common for people that have anxiety. Carbon dioxide levels start to drop and this causes your blood pH levels to go up restricting your blood vessels that supply oxygen to the Brain. This can cause all the symptoms you have described including more. Try to control your breathing a light workout can help.

Avatar m tn Sometimes I can put pressure on the wrist without feeling any pain, but then after the excercise I feel intense pain in teh wrist/forearm area. I have done gymnastics and capoeira which include some very wrist intensive excercises such as handstands,handsprings etc... This pain has been coming on and off for 2 days now.I have no idea what this could be.I have been icing the wrist and forearm and resting it also. Does anyone know what this could be??

I know doctors may not want to assume responsibility for what may happened. And what is there left? Between work, kids, the house, the dogs, friends, family, etc. I can't find any time to have a good workout. It seems like the best time to be working out is when I'm at work, sitting at my desk, on the phone. I need suggestions for ways to burn calories when I'm just sitting. I have tried sitting on an exercise ball, it's OK but I need more. Thanks.
Avatar f tn ve done tons of research about stomach fat and the best way to burn it is by a balanced diet and by drinking a lot of water and engaging in both cardio and strength training, but is there anything else? i workout usually everyday, at the least 5 times a week, very rarely 4. I eat quite heathy, taking in a lot of fruits and vegetables and trying to watch my serving sizes and portions.

Right after it happened i told him to go wash his hands and he did, thouroughly. A little while later, about 20 minutes, he fingered me.
