I like to change things up and i been doing tae bo online but i thought i would try the ab boot camp one and OMG im sweating so much!! I love Billy Blanks hes learned how to put all those fancy crunch movements into a standing up postion, thats the best part i hate getting on the floor!! And he knows you gets cramps so he always does a move then says ok walk it out!!

Now I count calories, but only tell I can figure out what foods are the best for me and I do my Tae-Bo atleast every other day. I can't seem to fit it in everyday so I do give my body a day off to rest. I would like to buy that new video Turbo Jam because it looks like a lot of fun.

I decided to start off every other day, and go as long as I can. I have two and I did the one that doesn't show the easier exercises with it. They're modified for sensitive necks and backs. Oh and TrudieC I have limewire, it's a program that you can download movies from.

Do some power walking! - low risk of injury, aerobic rating 7-8, convenience is a plus and it is an exercise appropriate for just about everyone! Get on youtube and DANCE! So .. how you doing now?? I am still staying at my points that I am allowed with no splurging. sorry twener but I think I will end up in a clown costume. Even with everything I am doing right I am not losing the weight. I lost a total of .2lbs at WW weigh in yesterday.
Avatar f tn i was getting stuck too recently and i was only doing my wii fit and the 10 min cardio on SP and this week i tried the tae bo and the jillian michaels dvd and it has worked i dropped this week!! So try something new from your usual routine! On you tube you can find lots of work out videos to watch for FREE!! Thats how i was doing the Tae bo!! If you get stuck its just that plateau and you have kick it in the butt and keep going lol!! that 10 min vid.

My husband will be away for two months on a job so I thought what better time to start back on WW and exercising. He hasn't always been supportive of my weight loss so he would buy things that would tempt me plus he would cook dinner at night and wouldn't think about what is good for me and what aint.

Went out on a date saturday night and the restaurant he chose wasn't good for my diet. I haven't even dared weigh myself again but I am doing better now that the week has started again.
579258 tn?1250649343 i did 15 mins of tae bo (man u will sweat lol) 5 mins yoga, 10 mins strength training and i also the 10 min jump start cardio from spark people. if you havent tried it you should its great to get going!! So total about 40 mins!!

Avatar f tn Lots of walking and a lot of yoga! There's videos for exercises for first trimester, 2nd trimester, and 3rd. You could also check with your doctor to see what works best for you and just a heads up if you start doing this early in your pregnancy it shouldn't be hard as you get bigger! Good luck!

Try Kick-Boxing, Tae-Bo, Pump... if that is not for you and you are seeking some more modest form of sports... try out Yoga, I do suggest Power-Yoga when it comes to the personality of wanting to hit, kick and lash out. Also, running, walking is good. Yet when it all comes down to it - BREATH!!! Before reacting.... stop and breath. Take a deep breath... count to ten...
Avatar f tn ll try something completely off the wall. Maybe some sort of ballet workout or a hip hop workout. I love to dance! I also have Tae Bo that I rarely do so one of these days I'll pop that one in. I think I have been sticking to what is comfortable and trying to get "used to it". I think I need to step up my game! So last night I did end up doing a different cardio workout and it was amazing. I was doing moves I had never done before and it worked my leg muscles really good, too!

All of the videos I found are targeted towards moms that want to stay fit during pregnancy and come back to normal weight after labor as soon as possible. Anybody can give a suggestion about names of the videos for healthy labor you like? YouTube videos count too.
