The other possibility is of infection of the vagina. You should wear cotton undergarments. Oral antihistaminics like Benadryl are also helpful but they should be taken after a doctor’s consultation. Avatar f tn Do you by chance wear tight jeans or undergarments, in fabrics that don't breathe? Before you do anything more drastic, maybe try wearing cotton panties and loose-fitting clothes. If that helps, then maybe it's a mechanical type of irritation, or lack of air. Probably less stressful than a doctor visit.
Avatar f tn the dr ran a few test and my sister was very worried thinking she may have caught something however after getting herself checked the dr mentioned that she may be allergic to the detergent she is watching her undergarments with. so it may be a good idea to try to wash your undergarments with an allergy free detergent. but also you should go see another dr and right down your questions concerns so you are prepared when you arrive. good luck to you.

Avatar f tn Lots of cardio like walking and you can also do the stair stepper. if you lay on your back and workout your legs doing different things that also helps. You can do some squats but only until you feel tired then stop.

I want to alternate Monday = upper body / Tuesday = 20 min cardio / Wednesday = lower body / Thursday = 20 min cardio / Friday = upper / Saturday = 20 min cardio / Sunday = rest. I've got that burning, tense abdominal muscle sensation. It's hard to describe it's not exactly like contractions, it's more like a constant tense feeling.
