As for diet, i am not a nutritionist but something you can do is make healthier substitutes for things like cookies. you could just try any diet while you are on this exercise program and will lose around one pound a week.

1655866 tn?1320498966 You can't just spot reduce areas of your body, you need to lose weight overall and then the areas that you store excess fat (belly etc) will diminish accordingly. So, a healthy diet and lots of interval training is the main thing. Then you can make the "man boob" problem less noticeable, by firming up and toning your upper chest area with a decent weights routine and push-ups.

Stay hydrated and start gently getting yourself into a routine of taking walks a few times a week. Don't start drastic diets or trying to force things back in place with constrictive clothing, don't start any crazy workout routines. Wait until your body has had a chance to recover on its own for a while.

Breakfast- cereal's 1 serving size mabye a bannana on the side other time oatmeal or 2 eggs and a 1 peice of wheatbread as toast. Lunch- Turkey sandwhich on wheat, etc. and dinner is usual some type of chicken with green beans and rice. Stuff like that with 1-2 healthy snacks between meals.
Avatar f tn I'm not very good at metrics so I converted 56 kg and come up with between 120-129 lb. That's not ideal but I've seen a lot more weight stacked onto a 5' body. You don't mention your body make up; eg: you say you have really big thighs. Are the muscular, a bit flabby, or littered with cellulite? You also didn't mention your age. Losing weight and/or contouring your body is really not that difficult but it does take time.
Avatar f tn I don't think it's bad to work out everyday. I did insanity every day for two months and do weight training. Depending if you want to build muscle you may alway want to try p90x. I was trying to loose belly fat as well. 3 months into insanity and working out I lost 30 pounds. The key thing to losing belly fat is that you need to know there is no such thing as spot reduction. You can't just lose belly fat.
