1091472 tn?1268845655 How do you take a ******* breath and not think about a pill? In 6 monthes I managed to go from totally clean, in the best shape of my life to award winning junkie. I can't keep it together. I'm going down. God help me.
637356 tn?1301924822 Ok so I read the manual last night to determine what it takes to unlock more songs and it has a warning in there that this is for entertainment purposes only that the work outs should not be substituted for a work out regimen. Also the calories burned are not acurate but points you earn for doing the routine correctly. Whatever! I was sweating my tail off and every muscle in my legs and arms where screaming at me!
Avatar n tn m simply just building up the numbers or words until the devil is in control. In fact, my mind will even make me believe that the devil is partially in control when the word is partially spelled. This goes on all day everyday from when I wake until I fall asleep. My mind will associate this to absolutely everything.
797340 tn?1240507697 I have been doing cardio rehab for 4 years. I listen to my own music(ipod) because I usually don't like the music the rehab management offers. My ipod includes music from U2, Beatles, Stones, CCR, Eagles, Mellencamp, Van Morrison and other great rock artists. However, I will often switch to the wonderful voice of Anita Baker or the awesome flute played by Puerto Rican jazz artist Nestor Torres. Lately I have been focusing on the incredible melodies of the Japanese jazz pianist Keiko Matsui.
1692167 tn?1327539457 Sadly enough when i was severely depressed and at 30 painkillers a day and binge drinking (previous to getting help) I made a playlist of songs that i loved but made me feel sadder and wallow in the deep depression...the first song on the list was: Another morning stoner by "And you will know us by the trail of dead" Are you asleep, are you in a dream?
1346146 tn?1299360497 I did the dance central 20 minute workout(8) songs and I was ready to do another workout after that!(they had a 10 minute 4 song one) it was FUN!!!!
266539 tn?1281402152 It depends on what type of music your into and what you dont like :)
Avatar f tn Absolutely ;) I'd put mine in sweat mode songs to work harder and was doing it constantly for about 3wks anywhere from 1 1/2 to 3hrs (split up throughout the day) I dropped ten pounds in 2wks and felt great. Definitely can't wait to get back into that routine once I get some energy!!! Dancing to the wii is moving muscles and that's a workout in it's self.
Avatar f tn One year ago today we woke up to flames in our living room. Smoke detectors didn't go off and there were flames from floor to ceiling. Check those smoke detectors!
Avatar m tn For quite a few months now I have had bad nights due to songs going over and over again in my head. It can be different songs every night. I have tried counting sheep (literally) flat on my back in batches of 50 but before I know it that tune is back in my head. I can get up to use the toilet and on way back to my bed the song is back in my head. It is really worrying me and upsetting me as I am having very little sleep.

Avatar f tn A doctor wants the "Chief complaint" in the patient's own words. If songs repeat in your head, that's what you tell him/her.
1649704 tn?1402778437 It had been a busy shift. I could tell my paramedic partner was physically and emotionally spent. Each time we delivered a patient to the hospital ER and signaled 10-8, it seemed the dispatcher couldn't wait to give us another call. While on a run, for reasons amiss, my partner began playing with the electronic siren. The settings were high-low, wail, and yelp. He found a spot between two of them that sent the sound signal into a spasm.
Avatar f tn Is it normal to have lots of pressure and sharp pains in my vagina and back after a work out?
541953 tn?1262586226 s a movie worth watching every year. Who in the right mind would display that lamp all year long...
Avatar f tn Yup, it's completely fine to jog. My doctor told me to stay as active as possible because in her words "you wouldn't run a marathon without working out first, right?" That's what she compares labor to the extent of running a marathon. Just make sure to stay hydrated.
Avatar f tn I really recommend pregnancy yoga in your 2nd and 3rd trimester, before that aqua aerobics, swimming, normal yoga and Pilates, gym workout, light jog, stationary bike and cross trainer, anything really as long as you are feeling well and comfortable doing it.
