637356 tn?1301924822 We Cheer 2 and since my daughter loves to cheer I thought why not. I played the game with her and realized for every cheer you master you open new songs. We played for two hours last night and today I am sore all over. I used muscles I didn't even remember I had!!! Plus it has a workout routine that will tell you how many calories you have burned by the end of the routine! I loved this!!!
Avatar f tn I saw a suggestion on Pinterest to get the baby an email and start emailing songs, stories and pictures, along with a blog and keep doing this until its 18th birthday... Btw, Pinterst has great baby stiff ideas for decorating, seeing/crafts, etc... Great way to pass the time! :) Try music therapy (think ckassical), and what I REALLY suggest along with the others, is to read your bible. Start in the book of Psalms. You can go online and read it, too.
Avatar f tn i do workout my self but this summer i gain over 100 pounds crazy i know...but im on my diet again...wat i do is i have a schedule.. i workout playing dance dance revolution and i dance for 2 hours straight. and then i lift weights.. and i do that for monday to friday.. now you should not cheat until after 1 month has gone by..i know you might get bored but do something you enjoy doing. while in your workout..i dont believe in protein drink or nothing like that...listen to music and enjoy...

Avatar f tn Absolutely ;) I'd put mine in sweat mode songs to work harder and was doing it constantly for about 3wks anywhere from 1 1/2 to 3hrs (split up throughout the day) I dropped ten pounds in 2wks and felt great. Definitely can't wait to get back into that routine once I get some energy!!! Dancing to the wii is moving muscles and that's a workout in it's self.

Avatar m tn Okay guys, buckle up...let me take you for a ride. A little about me. I'm 32. I was diagnosed with GERD a year and a half ago. I was put on Omeprazole. Other than that I've always been healthy. I workout 5-6 times a week. Before a month or two ago, my diet wasn't the best...but it was better than it was as the GERD forced me to stop caffeine, lower the amount of deep fried foods I ate, etc. My main issues seem to have all kinda began about 3 months ago.
