4869626 tn?1365365798 walked today, came home and did my workout, changing sheets on ask the beds is a workout in itself. sunflower seeds make a good snack takes a while to eat them so you get satisfaction out of a hand full.I'm so tired and I still have to clean the kitchen.

Avatar m tn I didn't have to change my sheets or anything but my shirt was VERY wet (like i just had a hard workout) and so was all my bedding and pillows. I think had i slept through it my sheets would have been too wet to sleep on again. But the thing is later that same night i woke up with the same sweating again. last night i was also woken up once from the same kind of sweating. and tonight im just scared to go to bed. Ive been measuring my temperature and ive been consistently at 98.0F.

It is great to have a pre-and-post-workout snack and your choices are great, so keep it up. When you start feeling the grumblies again, don't hesitate to reach for another. Avatar m tn Went to sleep with my fiance around 1130 and woke up at 2 am drenched in my boxer region. The boxers were soaked on my right hip where it was meeting the mattress and the sheets had a damp spot. I changed out of the boxers and went back to sleep... I woke up at 5 am for work and the sheets were completely dry. I examined my boxers and the front of them were not wet just the side that was in contact with the bed. All day at worked i was freaked out thinking at 32 I wet the bed.
Avatar m tn For a few years now I have been having an really itchy feeling all over my body pretty much but mainly my arms, back and chest. Whenever I workout or just working at work it starts. It has even happen while i was just sitting down watching tv. I tried change the soap I use and food I eat but no luck. I been to a few doctors over the years and nobody can seem to tell me what it is that's causing it. If anyone can help me out it would be very much appericated.
Avatar f tn I also will sweat almost every night, not drenching sweats all the time, mostly I just have a small amount of sweat on the sheets where I was sleeping in the morning. I seem to be easily upset and sometimes yell at my son for the strangest reasons, like him chewing to loudly or asking too many questions. My appetite has become alarmingly voracious especially after I finish with my workout.

In addition to that, I only wear clean clothes when it's bedtime, and I shower before bed, so I am clean before I go into my bed. 11. I have been drinking my 8 glasses of water a day. 12. I wear 3 shirts a day... 1 after my shower and before my bed, 1 after i get out of bed and go off for my day, and 1 after i workout. Avatar n tn I was lucky and had minimal RLS through my w/d's, but from the advice I've seen here, eat lots of bananas, apply a heating pad to your legs,hot baths, and this sounds crazy, but many on here swear by it...place a bar or 2 of ivory soap in your bed sheets by your legs. The forum is quiet right now, but I'm sure you'll get a lot of advice come morning. Congrats on day 3! You've gone through the worst of the physical withdrawals!

Avatar f tn But now this evening, its just as bad as it was at its worst. o now after doing my workout, I washed my arm pits again, this time, sitting here with a towel on my armpits without anything on them. Its not hurting too bad right now, but I cant stay like this all night. I'll put the bummy cream on again and hope it starts to get better again. This is by far the longest it has ever lastedbeing almost 3 weeks. My father who gets the same thing as me, also has it right now.
Avatar m tn It's annoying when you're laying in bed and you can feel your own heartbeat move the blanket/sheets or even the whole bed. I can't lie on my stomach/chest because my heart beats so strong and I can't go to sleep like that. I've had my heart tested (but only a short test) a few years ago and they only said I just have a strong heart. But secretly, deep down, I feel like I have some kind of hidden heart problem, the type that doesn't show up on shorter tests.
Avatar f tn My legs sometimes feel numb as well, I tried to move my leg the other night and I couldn't feel the sheets. Today I realized the numbness has now spread and is now affecting my entire face, including the inside of my mouth ( I can bite on the inside of my cheeks as hard as I can and can barely feel anything) and both of my hands are now experiencing this weird tingling sensation.
Avatar n tn I have also had ongoing athlete's foot symptoms, but mainly just itching - no red sores on my feet. I workout daily, but sometimes didn't make the time to take another shower immediately after the workout. I was also probably not changing towels often enough, and was using the same towel to wipe my feet and genital areas. I have stopped doing that now, and change bath towels twice per week.

Avatar n tn I get plenty of exercise, putting on my sweater, taking off my sweater, pulling up the sheets, kicking off the sheets, shedding my nightgown, putting on my nightgown...this is just plain ridiculous. I'm exhausted at the end of any 24 hour period. So this "hot broad" can identify what all of you are going through. If you find out what it is, before I do, I hope that you will post. Avatar f tn Everyone reacts different to the meds, some have bad side effects and some have very mild effects, I was told by my docs to be proactive in preventing the rash, drink lots of water, use all hypoallergeic fragrance free products(lotion 2 times a day,high spf sun screen,deoderant,dove soap) anything of that nature, use a free of everything laundry soap and absolutely no dryer sheets. I threw in 3 loads of laundry, I ate breakfast, I dusted a little and cleaned the kitchen and put in another request for the stove. some ppl stay in the building a long time others move in and the next month out. this couple down the hall, next to the Indian guy, are moving. they are older the guy is in a wheelchair. there are two boys helping them.
Avatar n tn possibly tremors,i get them in my forearms my quads and hamstrings and in my torso-,stomach,chest like after doing benchpress ,ab workout or leg workout etc. but i havent been to the gym working out for a few months .the feeling is as if i were shivering but it is not visible or felt to the observer. I only feel it. currently my low back is quite sore and has been for a few weeks.
