Avatar f tn m not busy. I have a little boy who gives me little time to get any exercise. Im not exactly over weight but my stomach is still quite 'flabby' and always looks bloated. Any suggestions of smart exercises which I could do during my sons naps etc or even with him? Wanting calorie business and toning please!
Avatar f tn I'm not sure what polefitness is but I've kept up with my regular workout out routines and my doctor said it was fine. As long as the workout isn't too dangerous and your pregnancy isn't high risk, but you always need to check with your doctor first. I know working out has made this pregnancy ten times better than my first! Good luck with everything!
Avatar f tn I do cardio kickboxung twice a week followed by body sculpting that involves light weights (8-10lb weights) that's on tuesday and Thursdays. Wednesdays I usually take my dogs for long walks. I'm a hair dresser so the other days I'm working and am too exhausted and sore to do anything else as of right now. Keep exercising it's good for both of you.

486919 tn?1280184140 make the tracker adjustable for my routines. I like that all i have to do is check them, i wish i could switch them for my personal routine. Example: it has weight lifting, but I don't weight lift, i do a 10 minute workout that changes everyday...or put a box where i can put what i want....I know if you do get one for medication and vitamins, that everyone uses different ones.
Avatar f tn Drink lots of water throughout the day, even during workout. Breath! Dont hold your breath during strenuous routines. You can also try a creatine & protein post workout drink to help you along the way.

Avatar m tn t seem to be the case with me but I was hardly doing intense exercise routines in that time. How much beta blockers slow your heart depends on the brand and dosage. On 1.25mg of bisoprolol my resting rate was 68 and I found it impossible to reach 120. Increased to 2.5mg my resting rate was average 28 and the most it would reach was 70.

Also last week i started working out a lot (mostly situps and leg workout and i feel my muscules are sore). Moreover, i have not been eating as much as i usually do and i lost some weight because of stress...so could my pain be connected to the workouts and stress? or did something happen during oral sex (i mean could i be pregnant or is something else going on)??
Avatar f tn It's possible that you're at a plateau, where your metabolism has adjusted to your caloric intake and your exercise level. Try changing your workout routines around to "trick" your body. You might also be retaining fluids a bit. You might also try getting a body fat percentage done to see if you're already as lean as you can reasonably get. If you are, no amount of dieting or exercise will change your weight very much.

Avatar n tn I am concerned as my 15 year old son complains he has been suffering severe headaches for about 2 weeks now. He said the headaches started after completing one of his workout routines in his weight lifting class. He said that after he got up his felt pressure and pain mainly on the back of his head and the pain eventually worked its way towoards his temples. Now he has headaches almost daily and complains the pain is unbearable.

For peace of mind, if you are late, take a test and you will know for sure. You can also make an appointment with your primary care doctor if you are concerned about your symptoms. Good luck.
