Avatar f tn So about 4 days ago i began experiencing muscle cramps with use and weakness in my left and right biceps and forearms, also twitching. I did a set of monkey bars with my kids and over the weekend as well as a light bicep workout the next day is the only thing I can think of that would have possibly overworked my muscles. I literally cant use them for anything heavy or they camp up . 4 days seems like a long time for this to go on though.
Avatar m tn How many sets are you trying to do? What body parts are you working each day? You may need to back off of the number of sets since you are just starting out. Or your order may be off ie don't work your biceps on day 1 if you are going to work your back on day 2 because most of the back exercises also use your biceps as a supporting muscle, and if your arms are sore you won't get far.

Avatar f tn I'm not sure what polefitness is but I've kept up with my regular workout out routines and my doctor said it was fine. As long as the workout isn't too dangerous and your pregnancy isn't high risk, but you always need to check with your doctor first. I know working out has made this pregnancy ten times better than my first! Good luck with everything!

Avatar f tn I do cardio kickboxung twice a week followed by body sculpting that involves light weights (8-10lb weights) that's on tuesday and Thursdays. Wednesdays I usually take my dogs for long walks. I'm a hair dresser so the other days I'm working and am too exhausted and sore to do anything else as of right now. Keep exercising it's good for both of you.

Example: it has weight lifting, but I don't weight lift, i do a 10 minute workout that changes everyday...or put a box where i can put what i want....I know if you do get one for medication and vitamins, that everyone uses different ones.

I consume approx 1500 calories in a day. Now i am planning to burn approx 700 calories with same calories intake but not sure if I should do that. Can anyone please suggest me how to loose 5 Kgs in 2 - 3 months ?
