Avatar f tn Take a walk on your lunch break, too. Even just a few times a week. It's really good for you. There are lots of chair exercises/ stretches that you can do without leaving your desk, without even really stopping what you're doing. Little changes to your routine can make a big difference! Getting your blood flowing, raising your heart rate even just a little bit, will help your baby out and help you too. Good luck!
Avatar n tn Make sure you move around a bit during your lunch break (although I know that can be hard), so at least try to walk around once you're done eating. After school maybe you can join a sport? No one expects you to be amazing at it and it can be really fun to do something after school. (Personally I was in fast pitch and let me tell you I sucked, but I loved every minute of it.
Avatar f tn Well you should've have added your weight and height because caloric intake should be determinedon how yyou weigh. But anyways I'll give you the basic tips. BREAK FAST 2 boils eggs with whole grain toast, and add veggies. You could eat tinned tuna with a salad. Drink green tea with honey if you want to sweeten the taste. Drink Diet Aloe Vera drink (So delicious and low caloric!). Fruits with Greek yogurt with oatmeal, honey and granola.

I want to get back into Saturday morning zumba and cant wait to swim when our community pool opens on memorial day. I'm 21+5 weeks and have gained 8lbs all baby so far.

594189 tn?1386916607 I was tied to a phone years ago - I used to talk on the phone while standing? Can you try that? Use a whole lot more muscle standing. I even got so bored I walked in place. Otherwise, can you bring in the kind of weights that wrap around your ankles and try lifts throughout the day? I don't like sitting all day. It's hard to keep the weight down in a sedentary job.
Avatar f tn I usually workout in the morning 30 Elliptical/20 speed walk and 5 mins AB during the weekdays. And recently I also workout at evening afterwork, sometime 30- 40 mins with Wii game, boxing or resistant workout. But I have changed 2 weeks ago, skip the Wii game, and 30 Elliptical/30 race walk 4 days a week (evening). plus 20 - 30 mins weight training 2 times a week. I still keep working out 5 days in the moring.
Avatar f tn I have been doing abs workout early in the morning (just for 5-8mins) cause I have to go to work and prepare my lunch box right after workout done. Now I am wondering if I should do my evening workout eg. Cardio-12mins, exercise using elliptical machine-20mins or butt workouts-5mins-8mins. I admit I feel so lazy and just tired after work and I always ended in the kitchen for dinner around 5.45-6pm. And I will go to bed by 10pm as I have to wake up at 4.30-5am.
Avatar f tn This should be it, it worked for me at least, by the way try to avoid carbs at night, well not totally, but keep it low Workout really hard, do some high intensity interval training they are among the best cardio workout routines, I know i kept long but i hope this gives you an idea, you may find it hard but three weeks ..

I currently workout at Anytime Fitness! I love it and would recommend it to everyone! All the cardio machines have a 13 inch TV on them, and have the Dish Network! I love working out there and their weight machines are great! I also just started Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred! that 30 minute video will kick your butt!!

Avatar f tn Something light though like at least a piece of fruit, a yogurt, a granola bar. And then have your normal breakfast after the workout. If you workout at night, it's best to wait I would say at least 45 minutes to an hour after dinner because working out on a full stomach can give you cramps. If you workout before dinner, eating any time after that shouldnt matter.
Avatar f tn You can train every day if you want to, but you have to train different muscle groups on different days then. Your muscles need those 48 hours of rest to completely recuperate. Also, always eat some carbs after a workout to replenish your muscle glycogen. A sweet fruit is good.

Avatar f tn 45. My daughter usually has a snack at 3:30, then eats dinner at 5:30 or 6 pm. On days that she doesn't have dance, she goes and works out at approximately 7 pm for thirty minutes(15 walking and 15 running). She also does these weight exercises,crunches, push ups, and stretches before and after her workout When she comes in, she has a bowl of Kashi cereal. She usually goes to bed anywhere from 10-11:30 pm.
Avatar m tn I recently had a rash on my scalp a tiny one and just got online and checked it out and i came across sebherroic dermatitis which i freaked out because its an hiv symptom. I went to the derm and he said it was just a normal rash and its not sebherric dermatits. This is when it all started coming back. I never bothered me till then. Dont you think i would had some sort of symtpoms within the 4 years?
178590 tn?1294176767 ok so these 9 hour days have been tourture and I'm miserable by the end..well yesterday I pulled a straight 10 hour day and didn't think I was gonna make it to my bed when I got home.....well now I will probably be doing another 10 today and get this they want me to work tomorrow too....can't they give me a break I'm so hoping my OB will let me go on temp disability soon. I wouldn't be so bad if I got a lunch hour to sneak a nap but nope we just work through lunch.

You need more protein and fiber to fill you up and keep you feeling fuller longer. When you fix your plate, half should be veggies, 1/4 should be protein (meat, chicken, fish, etc) and 1/4 should be grains, such as rice, whole grain pasta, etc. 2. Since you have a bad back, you should talk to your doctor, first, but I'd recommend trying yoga.
Avatar m tn It's highly likely that you have PCOS if it runs in your family. If the pain digressed and then you bled, you shouldn't have much to worry about. Ruptured cysts come with other symptoms too though; like fever, severe cramping on one side, pain in the lower abdominal area, and possible nausea and vomiting. I know your post is from August 2nd, so I hope you got to feeling better!

My staircase has 13 stairs - I went up and down 15 times in 5 minutes and thought I was going to die...lol Got the cardio workout in a very short burst - so every day Im going to increase by one extra up and down so tomorrow I plan to do 16 sets....

For the past 8 days now I have had this icy hot feeling in my groin, sometimes on my genitals and alot in the creases of my hips. It comes and goes and is mostly present when I'm sitting. I have no other symptoms or sores or lesions. Nothing. However my doc has suspected problems with my prostate he said prolly some prostatitis.
