Avatar f tn But I recommend fighting through it and continue your workout for me, the pain goes away faster continuing the workout rather then giving up.
Avatar f tn So I've done tons of research about stomach fat and the best way to burn it is by a balanced diet and by drinking a lot of water and engaging in both cardio and strength training, but is there anything else? i workout usually everyday, at the least 5 times a week, very rarely 4. I eat quite heathy, taking in a lot of fruits and vegetables and trying to watch my serving sizes and portions.
Avatar f tn Can someome give me advice on good stomach and legs workout?
Avatar f tn 5 months old and although I have lost my pregnancy weight for the most part I am stuck with it seems like extra skin at the bottom of my stomach and fat love handles.. Does anyone have any good tips or workouts I could do? I do home exercises everyday.
Avatar n tn When I do abdominal workout, such as crunches, I can feel and hear my stomach sloshing around. It seems to have no side effects other then discomfort when I do crunches, the occasional burp, and I get tired quickly. It seems to occur regardless of if I just ate. I workout in the morning, not having eaten in 12 hours, and it still happens. I workout an hour after I just ate, still happens. This is impeding my workout progress and I have no idea why it is occuring.
Avatar n tn I'm just about 20 weeks, and my stomach is extremely sore. Feels like i did a hard core workout when obviously i didnt. It even hurts to walk. Any ideas of what it is?
Avatar f tn I had this happen when I was pregnant with all my kiddos, I think it is more from muscles and things moving around in there :) I dont think its anything to worry about but if it worries you, you could bring it up at the OB next visit.
Avatar f tn This is critical for your next workout, how you refuel after this workout will determine available energy for your next workout. Then, your post-workout fuel protein and carbs will mimic what you had before your workout. You should avoid fructose, that will prevent post exercise fat burning. Post workout meal should be a plant-based (but not soy) protein powder mixed with low sugar fruit (berries or cherries are perfect) and unsweetened coconut milk.
Avatar f tn My stomach feels hard, like after a long Abby workout. Its been feeling like this for the last day or so. Don't really understand what this is or why? Not really painful just I notice my stomach clenched a lot without me in control.
Avatar f tn Thanks, i plan on to. My dr said to .
Avatar n tn I have been looking for help with these symptoms and trying to figure out what is wrong, so hopefully someone can point me in the right direction. When I lay on my stomach and prop my head up (lying in the prone position) I start to get light headed, as if the blood flow is being cut off. I get the same feeling if I am standing and look straight up. It feels as if I would black-out if I continued to stay in that position.
Avatar f tn Sorry if tmi(dont think anything is on this app though lol) but I had really runny diarreah and my stomach was cramping and contracting. I felt like I was going to die. Once everything was done I felt a lot better and managed to get some rest. I am only 28 weeks, I know it can be a sign of labor so it was kind of worrying me. Honestly, I hope labor doesn't feel like that because I felt like I was going to pass out and throw up as well.
Avatar f tn Yesterday I did a pregnancy work out, and ever since then i've felt sick to my stomach. I'm 20 weeks and 3 days. I just feel like something is wrong now...my last pregnancy ended in a miscarriage so i'm just worried. Has this happened to anyone else?

Avatar m tn I have heard and read that drinking water early in the morning in empty stomach has multiple benefits. However, is it advisable to do any regular cardio workout after drinking water in morning. I jog for about 30 minutes in morning in empty stomach after getting up. If i do this activity after drinking water after getting up, will it still provide the same benefits of the cardio workout? or will there be any harm in doing this? Thanking you for your responses.
Avatar f tn i am 32, 5ft., 117lb, i used to weigh 126. I'm trying to lose my stomach fat. How can i lose fat and not weight? I'm happy with my legs and arms but just not my stomach. I'm doing workout for my abs but my fat is still there. I'm on a no carb, no sugar diet. It did help me lose weight but not the fat on my stomach. Any suggestions?
Avatar f tn Lately, I have been running almost everyday or do a short workout in the house. It is followed by intense pain in my lower stomach similar to the pains I get during my menstrual cramps. This pain occurs though when I am not on my period. Sometimes after running a mile it is so intense I have to lay down until it goes away. The pain usually doesn't last more than 10 min. The more intense the workout the more intense the pain. It does not feel like it is a type of muscle pain.
Avatar n tn My 13 yr. old daughter has started experiencing lower stomach pains while running during PE and basketball practice. She has been unable to complete the required mile and says the pain is quite intense. She ran track last spring and was able to run more than that without any problems. She also played competive summer basketball without any problems with the running. She is 5' 7'' and weighs about 125 lbs.
Avatar n tn Hi im 14 and I have the same problem. I've been using this reaaly great app called Pump Up. I choose the workout for my stomach or middle area and it gives me a workout that's only like 15mins.
Avatar f tn From research I've done, it won't harm your baby. You can always ask your doctor though. I'm 26 weeks and often wake up sleeping partially on my stomach. I've slept on my stomach my whole life, I guess it's hard to change. I'm also tall so I only just started to get a bump, things may change as my body does. Good luck with sleeping!
Avatar f tn Hi tara, I found that focusing on certain muscles when doing household tasks helped me. When vacuuming do lunges and hold in your stomach. When hanging out washing strenghten arms by focusing on biceps and moving slowly. Try and focus on core muscles when making beds and cleaning the bathroom. Dont forget to put bub in a stroller and go for an afternoon walk. If your not feeling energetic (lets face it. Babies take it out of you) these little trick will help.
Avatar f tn While this may help you exercise harder, it can have adverse effects on your stomach, making you feel nauseous and causing your stomach to heave out whatever is in it because it cannot continue to digest it. If you are running in very hot weather or have not hydrated properly, this can be more pronounced. Cooling down after running can help to reduce nausea that leads to vomiting.
Avatar f tn I would suggest drinking more water because it helps your body lose the unnecessary stuff and it makes you think that your stomach is full so you eat less because of it I would also suggest doing short(5 min) of intence bodyweight workout
Avatar f tn Midwife told me I have strong stomach muscles but never said if it was a good or bad thing,is a good for labour/birth?....any opinions out there?
