Which there are a few different ones, about 20 minutes each. there's also Core Rhythms, which is your Zumba type dance. And they have the FULL workout (38 minutes) right on youtube....For free! I have a laptop so i can put it on a shelf on my entertainment center in the living room and Poof! Instant private aerobic dance class. Plus you don't have to buy tons of dvds.

People watch me just jamming to the music and think I am nuts but it really helps put a smile on my face and gets my mind off my pain. Try it, it is worth the time it takes to complain about the pain.

I go to the gym a lot but will soon be moving/changing jobs and am worried that it won't be easy to find the time, so I'm looking for more "at home" work out options, and this one does look good in that it appears fun, which is important since workout videos can get really redundant.

Avatar f tn You just go to the sports and fitness sections and they have tons of free workout videos. Usually, I time this around his 10am bottle. I use a slowflow nipple so it will take him a while and he lays on a pillow on the floor and watches me. When he is done I pause the video and put him in his exersaucer or highchair with some toys. Usually, I will count along and come over and tickle his feet while I am doing the workout and he laughs and laughs.

Taking a ton of vitamins and bathing a lot....music music music :) so busy no time to feel sorry for my break up with pills but its always in the back of my head. But if your current fitness level would more comparable to a sloth's, you might be setting yourself up for failure. If your goals aren't attainable, they ain't gonna happen. Maybe it's simpler than marathons and mountains--a smaller dress size or going three flights of stairs without gasping.
Avatar f tn i do workout my self but this summer i gain over 100 pounds crazy i know...but im on my diet again...wat i do is i have a schedule.. i workout playing dance dance revolution and i dance for 2 hours straight. and then i lift weights.. and i do that for monday to friday.. now you should not cheat until after 1 month has gone by..i know you might get bored but do something you enjoy doing. while in your workout..i dont believe in protein drink or nothing like that...listen to music and enjoy...

My question is: am I OK to wear headphones at the gym? I really want to go later but can't get through a workout without some music to keep me entertained. What about if I keep the volume quite low?
