But my biggest help until everything became rote, was the
spreadsheet I created with date, time, name of drug, food eaten with columns for each. I also marked off the number of bottled waters I drank each day. It gave me something tangible to focus on....and a way to decide which foods I could tolerate, and which were yuk to begin with.
