1163968 tn?1263772789 I think this would be a phenomenal feature. Currently, I use a separate application on my Android that tracks my workouts called Jefit Pro. I'm able to extract that data as a .csv, so it'd be a real time saver to be able to import that data into your MyDietDiary app or even the web-app and translate the workout logs to "calories burned".
1475202 tn?1536270977 Place the results in a folder or log them into a database such as the one I have created below. With each results compare it to the previous. It can be rewarding to see the difference you can make and best of all these efforts will become your routine and part of your daily life as you are the one to benefit. This is not current since I need to update my last test but this is the general idea. I have some pages that contain graphs as well but here's page one.
620923 tn?1452915648 It also has a food journal and will calculate your surplus or deficit. I will log my food through out the day and will upload my calories burned when I get home, prior to dinner. It will estimate how many calories I will burn doing nothing for the rest of the day and I have a goal of 500 calorie deficit.
Avatar f tn I kept a headache log for a couple months. If you can put together a spreadsheet, 1 per symptom (1 for drop attacks, 1 for headaches, etc), you can easily see the patterns & progression. My dr seemed to like it.
Avatar f tn I was wondering if you have and suggestions on what I should do or eat and stuff. Like is there a workout plan that i can follow cause i still go to school and i also have a job.
Avatar n tn May I suggest that you at least write down your symptoms in a daily log? My memory was so dodgy that I'd walk in the LLMD's office and in answer to any question could only say... "I don't remember." Symptoms like night sweats etc. should be reported. MDs need to know so they can adjust their diagnosis or your treatment.
Avatar f tn I just keep a spreadsheet on my computer so I can put in details. I haven't looked at the pain tracker on here, it might be just as good or better. I have a spreadsheet for each major symptom...headache, vertigo, neck pain, etc. I list dates, times, pain scale 1-10, what happened before (possible trigger), and what made it better (if anything). Patterns do emerge...I realized I actually underestimate how often I am in pain.
1711722 tn?1356487554 I found info explaining what everything meant but I really only want a spreadsheet with the ranges, so I can compare each month at a glance. Here is one that I found but hope there is a better one out there, because it seems we have so many more numbers to deal with: http://www.hepatitis.va.gov/pdf/treatment-tracking-chart.pdf Thanks in advance for any help. Enjoy your weekend everyone.
Avatar m tn I would make a chart or spreadsheet and use a reliable monitor and check your hr at the beginning, then middle of your workout and get to 85% of your maximal predicted heart rate; take your stats, then in your cooldown take your stats and 1 minute after exercise is done. If it continues not to go down at least 12 beats, a visit to a cardiologist for a full cardiac workup may be in order just as a precaution.
108191 tn?1199599905 how does one get to that point? You would have to log out, then you would have to hit the log in lnk at the top. On that screen I believe that if one couldn't remember their password. Ha ha....I don't remember; like so many other things in my life, I did something but have no idea how I did it.
147426 tn?1317265632 I desperately need someone to take our two threads on who is diagnosed and who languishes in limboland and put them into a simple spreadsheet. I would be happy if just the names got listed, though the other info would be nice, too. We have soo many people now, over 250, and many of you are still active. I feel like a dunce when someone I know asks a question and I can't remember if they got a diagnosis or not.
Avatar f tn Using MSWorks created a spreadsheet to automate the estimating calculating operation rather than long paper form and a calculator Also created line or bar graphs for visual comparison. If I ever get a OCD bug to try and create one or more modifiable templates with formulas for HCV, treatment or related before I can find one. Much harder, have a way to take raw bluebutton medical test data and auto import into a spreadsheet/data base would be a miracle.
Avatar f tn How does everyone workout everyday to stay fit? I am a FTM and I want to stay fit and not lay around the house everyday gaining weight. So can y'all help me ? Please .
Avatar f tn I really recommend pregnancy yoga in your 2nd and 3rd trimester, before that aqua aerobics, swimming, normal yoga and Pilates, gym workout, light jog, stationary bike and cross trainer, anything really as long as you are feeling well and comfortable doing it.
378273 tn?1262097621 Why not start taking take your blood pressure at different intervals, such as immediately prior to exercise, in the middle of a workout, immediately after a workout and an hour after a workout. Keep the results in a log. Then you will be able to better identify the effect of exercise on your blood pressure. Good luck.
223152 tn?1346978371 Happy 2012. I thought I should update the spreadsheets for our treatment statisics. For those of you who don't know, I have been keeping a spreadsheet since the summer when the protease inhibitors hit the market. You can view them by clicking on my profile and viewing the pictures. For the most part this spreadsheet is people doing triple therapy, therefore all genotype 1s. However if you are in a trial or a different genotype I post that information too.
Avatar m tn I have had a couple bouts with unexplained nerve pain. Several months ago experienced sharp pain in right shoulder followed by burning and numbness. It still gives me trouble. I recently experienced a sharp pain in left arm as I was stretching. Now my left tricep and elbow is painful and sensitive to touch. I also get small boils/blisters (almost like festered hairs) on various parts of my body regularly. They can be painful. I don't know if the boils are somehow related to the nerve pain.
Avatar f tn I made my own using an Excel spreadsheet. Takes some time to set up, but it’s more thorough and accurate than anything I could find online.
2065676 tn?1331422440 But my biggest help until everything became rote, was the spreadsheet I created with date, time, name of drug, food eaten with columns for each. I also marked off the number of bottled waters I drank each day. It gave me something tangible to focus on....and a way to decide which foods I could tolerate, and which were yuk to begin with. Wishing ou the best, just stay on top of your labs....and your side effects. Cheers.
